Excellent experience
I had an excellent and professional experience. I was very happy to received customer service and eye sight testing in english, since my french is very basic. The staff was very helpful and I appreciated the time taken in explaining in detail the changes in my eye sight. I also got to visit the eye testing immediately which was a pleasant suprise, and also the fact that the glasses cost less than I had imagined.

It's impossible to wear my new glasses
It's impossible to wear my new glasses. My vision is bent around the edges, like a fishbowl effect. I went back to the eye doctor and to the shop many times, but they were unable to solve my problem. I've been wearing glasses for almost 10 years, frequently changing my prescription and glasses - never has it been such a nightmare!!!
