Bought 3 tank tops. The material was lower quality and they were very short. I wore one and their return policy said I wouldn’t be able to return it. I wanted to return the other 2 and have contacted their return email address 4 times for help and have yet to receive a response. I see their website has been taken down now so am concluding TOTAL SCAM!
I purchased the match foundation which made my skin orange. It was also hard to remove. Contacted Lenora for a refund. They requested photos which I sent. Now they have ghosted me. It’s been two weeks and I’ve reached out eight times. Feels like a scam and I’ve been robbed.
I ordered product from this seller, and then read reviews minutes later. I immediately wrote an email through their website that I wanted to cancel my order. I heard nothing and the next day wrote them this email: "I sent you an email shortly after I placed my order and I have not received a response. I asked you to cancel it before it ships and issue a refund. The order number is 7884. Please do this ASAP and send me confirmation. Thank you." Shortly after I sent this, I received an email that my order had been shipped. Then they responded saying I couldn't make changes because it had shipped. I wrote back again and told them I wanted a return label to send it back when it arrives and they said they do not take returns of cosmetics. These are deceptive business practices. Others have experienced similar issues with this company which are detailed in many one-star reviews online.
Terrible products, lights feel very low quality (we bought 3). One has broken as the charging port has slipped and is unchargable, another has also broken - light is not consistent and also won't charge. We've only had them 6 months.
I'm pretty sure this is a dropshipping scam. Don't buy from here. Saw the advertisements on social media for a lamp I liked. Avoid at all costs. Not an Australian business.
