I had been using this product for 10 wks and yes, I have had some curl/waves but mostly frizziness. The biggest issue I have had is unbelievable hair shedding!!! Handfuls and I mean HANDFULS of hair EVERY SINGLE DAY….
I have noticed a few other posts experiencing the same results, I will no longer be using.

After using the luv ur curls mouse it caused my hair to get so tangled up and I tried for 3 weeks to get it out but couldn’t so I had to cut it out

Decided to try the curly hair system, and it dried my hair out so badly that I was getting breakage that I've never had before. Went to get my hair cut and they were shocked how dried out and frizzy my curls were. Took several shampoos and a deep conditioner to restore some moisture.

I bought Love UR Curls All in one WAVY Step 3. I used it about 6 times and it made my hair too conditioned, oily, heavy and flat. My scalp became irritated from all the bad chemicals I've now learned about. It got to the point it was hard to shampoo it out. I'm experiencing some hair loss. I do not recommend LUS products based on my bad experience.

I would give them zero stars. They don't deserve any. All these good reviews are posted by their company employees and god knows who. I will never buy any of their products again. I ordered it because I have curly hair and it's hard sometimes with knots forming but I realised it's better for me to use my 100% natural vegan shampoo from Whole foods that its not the best for curly hair than these carcinogenic products. I finnaly got to see the entire ingredient list on the back of the tube. Lus Products have numerous ingredients that are bad for you not listed on the website. Their brand has some ingredients that are bad chemicals (EDTA, PEG 40, Polyquaternium- that releases formaldehyde and people are severely allergic to, yet the company markets it as natural?? Please start disclosing all possible side effects from these polymers used in any hair products and the PEG 150.
PEG 150 Distearate has a high molecular weight, which makes it unlikely to penetrate the skin barrier, it is suspected to contain traces of harmful impurities like Ethylene Oxide (mutagen which increases the risk of cancer; neurotoxin and skin irritant) and 1,4-Dioxane (cancerogenic compound) and the usual target organ is the kidney as this is the route of excretion for unchanged PEG.
The company also should have a phone number listed for customer service where people could ask questions before placing an order. There is a reason they dont have one!!
Not to mention to return it, you have to send it back to Canada, rather than to the warehouse was shipped from in the USA. Shipping back cost 65 $ and they have a disclosure on their website that there could be issues with delivered but not returned products. REALLY?? They are killing people softly with their lies, while the CEO is probably making money and living luxuriously in a mansion not giving a fk. It"s also I think a pyramid scheme with multiple representatives selling this brand for profit.

This is the worst product you could ever use! It has ruined my hair! Even worse, now my hair is falling out at a very rapid rate! They do not respond to emails. If you post a review on their site, it disappears off of the site within moments. They are real shady. I wish I read more honest reviews before purchasing this trash product!! Now I am $50 in the hole, and will probably have to buy a flipping hair piece to hide all of the hair loss... So really I am going to be in the hole way more after that! Thanks for nothing LUS! I could go on and on about how horrible my experience with this product is, but I think you get the point.

DON'T TRUST LUS BRANDS. I'VE HAD A PAYPAL CASE OPENED FOR WEEKS ON THEM. I INITIALLY CONTACTED THEM VIA EMAIL, BUT WOULD NEVER RESPOND. I STARTED SENDING MORE EMAILS, STILL THE SAME. THEY WON'T REPLY TO EMAILS OR TO PAYPAL. THEY JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY BY SELLING INFERIOR PRODUCTS. THEY ADVERTISE THE "CONTACT US" ALL OVER THEIR SITE BUT BELIEVE ME, THEY WON'T EVER RESPOND. THEY ARE THIEVES!!!

Suits me perfectly. I have wavy hair and skin condition. I react to regular shampoos and conditioners. I have been using this system now for almost a year and I haven't reacted once. My hair feels great. I love the smell. It's a bit pricy, but otherwise, no issues.

I’m so surprised that this company is receiving such bad reviews. I’ve been using LUS for about two years and it’s been the only product that truly brought my curls back to life. I used to straighten my hair all the time (10+ years) because I didn’t like my curls. I was on a mission to find a product that gives my curls more definition and this has been it. I don’t use a diffuser at all and just use the towel they sell on their site and in the morning my curls just need a bit of water from their water most bottle to refresh along with their oil and that’s it. I know the steps are a lot when it’s wash day but when you have curly hair it requires a lot of love no matter how good your curls are. I can’t say much about their customer service because I’ve never needed to reach out but their products saved my hair. I now rock my hair more curly than ever before.

The first couple of times, I got fairly good results, but they did not last through to the next day after washing. Now I have clumps of hair fall out every shampooing (every 4 or more days), hair is dry and brittle. I've looked at videos on how to use the product and followed their instructions, but this 3 step system must not be a good for color treated, curly (as opposed to coily) hair or for older women (I'm in my 60's). All the reviewers saying wonderful results are younger women with mostly coily type. I was not impressed by video results from the curly girls either. I would not recommend to people with color-treated hair or mature women.

I’d give zero stars, if I could! I’ve always had a healthy scalp, have never had any issues, until using their 3 step product- within hours of using products, my scalp was itchy and burning! A week later and I’m still itchy- even though I didn’t use again. I do not recommend!

Bought this system hoping it would greatly help my curls become more defined and manageable like all the ads on instagram indicated but after using the products one time my hair felt weighed down, it really didn’t even feel clean at all and needless to say my curls were just frizzy even after diffusing. I know sometimes it takes a few times for a product to work on your hair so I tried again but got the same results. So now I’m out $50.00, wish I had researched more about this company before I made this purchase. Do not buy, totally a waste of money and no refund on open products!

I was so excited to try this. I watched the videos and followed the instructions to a T. After multiple uses, my hair looks limp and dull and so weighed down! Worst of all, I have lost so much hair! Don't try it -it will ruin your hair! I bought it at christmas time and have given it 3 months. It just got worse by the wash!

I wish I could give this no stars. It made my wavy, thick, coarse, high-porosity, long, 2C hair much worse! It made it flat, limp, stringy, and frizzy! My hair looks awful now. My hair would look better if I coated in peanut butter and I stood in a cyclone. Do not believe the hype! Plus you can’t get your money back. They don’t give refunds. What a scam!

The best way to make the product work well is for your hair to be damp when you apply the serum. You can’t have towel dried hair it won’t give you the same affect. I’ve used this product for years now and I always get compliments on my curls. I’m surprised to see all the bad reviews. My best friends who have even curlier hair than me are the ones who referred me to this brand as they also swear by this product line.

I got some curl out of these products but then started noticing I was losing a lot of hair. This is the only product that has ever done that. Threw it away and out the $50.

Y'all, Lus conditioners are the absolute WORST products I have ever used. Tried for the first time yesterday. Hair felt okay after the shampoo, but lemme tell ya, the conditioner and deep treatment WRECKED my hair. Conditioner left a waxy coating that I couldn't rinse out, so I tried the DC after. Nope. My hair was so matted and tangled that it was impossible to comb, even with the DC still in it. I rinsed and immediately used a clarifying shampoo, vinegar rinse, and a different brand DC. STILL UNABLE TO DETANGLE. Tried clarifying/vinegar again and another round of DC with heat. It took me over two hours to comb through my tailbone length hair. As soon as I got the snarls out of one section, it would lock back up into new tangles. It was so bad I thought I was going to have to cut several inches off my hair. I didn't dare to try the 3-in-1 or the gel. And then I find out that their 100% money back guarantee is complete BS.

If Lus was a US company, I'd be considering a class action lawsuit, the products are that bad. Curly girls, stay far away from this company. Try Curl Junkie, Ecoslay, The Curl Shoppe (especially for my Canadian curly sisters) or even Curlsmith. Lus is trash.

I ordered this product and it was never delivered. There is no contact number so i emailed them numerous times with zero response. The charge went through on my credit card. So they just stole my money. Beware!!!
