This company is some serious joke

This company is some serious joke, I'm sure they employ 1-2 4people, the support is zero, they literally have an AI chat that gives you the option to talk or write to a real person, you wait days, then you get a response that is totally inadequate for b2b. It's just a frivolous company to some student who has done homework on such a platform, if you're looking for a serious platform this is not it.

Avoid this company. Other have better offers and no lies.

Lies upon lies. They lie about so many things to get you hooked on a yearly payment. Once you are in, they hit you with some "daily" limits to sell you the BULK credit system they have. It says UNLIMITED but they limit your every action. I spoke with this account manager
Brendan Kelly has several times about the issue, he keeps hiding behind some policies that do not make sense. If you ever want to try this scam, avoid talking to a Samantha.

Or just avoid them completely.

I feel scammed and they do not even care.

90% of their database is not even up to date, my own data is from 2016 when it was last updated on their platform. Worst experience even.

Don't be conned

Don't be conned - harvested non-contacts
I get constant "Notice of personal information processing"emails from them with made up names of people who have never worked for my company. One assumes they have a 'factory' somewhere where, once they get your domain, someone sits and creates random emails that are then sold to unwitting dupes as 'highly targeted' CEO contacts.

They're selling my personal mobile number

I got unsolicited sales calls from recruiters to my personal mobile number. They eventually told me they got my number from Lusha, who supposedly sell B2B contact information.
However, they contacted me on my personal mobile number which I'm very careful with. They have a form where you can request your data, ask for it to be deleted etc, but I want to know who they've passed it onto first.

Dodgy dodgy dodgy company

Dodgy dodgy dodgy company. How did they get my phone number and how dare they be selling to others? Anyone have any positive experiences of getting them to erase/ unsell your number please let me know.

Also if you are thinking of using them DON'T. No one will bite, if individuals are comfortable with contact details being out there then you will be able to find them via genuine methods. If you use this company you will just get through to irate individuals wondering how you came to obtain their information.

Not even a phone number to call to complain on.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
They have taken my personal details from LinkedIn and matched with someone completely different with the same name. I am now receiving ALL their marketing calls.
Reported to Lusha and they have done nothing. Won’t even speak with me as I am not a customer. They are NOT GDPR compliant as they are incorrectly using my personal data and they have no appetite to update.

SPAM

Asked a cold caller where she got my number and she said Lusha. Never gave them permission. Any of the MANY emails I get from spammers get blocked, and I imagine other company owners will be the same.

Gave out personal number to multiple companies without consent

For the last few months I have increasingly been receiving spam / cold calls to my personal mobile, from companies who think I am someone else. One caller told me they got my details from Lusha. I have no idea how they got my number and linked it to this person.

They state “We notify contacts about the collection of their data, as required by Article 14, and provide all the required information, including categories of data and purposes of processing. The individuals whose data was collected can opt out at any time.” I was never notified that they collected my details, assuming because they think my number belongs to someone else but I have tried to contact them requesting them to delete my details, with no response. If I don’t hear back soon I will be reporting to the ICO.

As with all the other true reviews

As with all the other true reviews, I also can not believe that their business model is legal in Europe. I have taken the trouble to navigate their opt out option, which of course is deliberately difficult and misleading. Yuk a very bad taste in my mouth, and if you use them, prepare to create some very bad will to your company.

Apparently selling my data

Got a cold call from some consultancy. Apparently they bought the data from Lusha. I do not know how Lusha got my details. I'm on the do-not-call register in Australia so I should not be receiving calls.

1 They send unsolicited email saying…

1 They send unsolicited email saying "your information is secure bla-bla"

2 When I ask where did they get my email they say "This Automated email since you reached "no-reply" email address"

The email address I've send them message is the email provided by them for contacting them.

I suppose this is a spam and as previous users said: they're selling our information while they're mentioning they're GDPR compliant.

Untrustworthy! Sells our privacy!

Scary company. Sells our privacy and make profit from it. Collects data from various sources, like email headers, social media accounts, and others, builds a profile from that data and sells it, of course without permission.
The worst thing is, you can't stop it.
This should be changed through appropriate laws. The use or sale of the data should only take place after active permission has been given.

GDPR enemies, please someone sue them

Not transparent on how they gather information. They claim to use business e-mail signatures (seems inappropriate to store such information when the mail is not directed to you), but they actually have my personal information.
I'm getting daily sales calls now, and I never even subscribed or submitted info..

Selling false information

As per lots of comments, this company has been selling my personal details to salesmen, who are bombarding me with calls. They are telling their paying customers that I work for a company that I have never even heard of, so everyone is wasting their time and money here.
