Completely the wrong colour. Not different shade, I mean actually wrong colour. Could even see on the label where they had stuck a sticker over the original shade code to try to pass it off as a different shade. Customer service completely unhelpful. No apology. Eventually agreed to refund with postage costs if I sent it back. Still not refunded postage costs months later and now totally ignoring all of my emails. Shame as I have been using these for years but never again.

I bought it about 4 months ago and I have only used it a few times. Today it's not working - the light is still bright but the merchant isn't running.

I had no confirmation of delivery and no contact received back from them when I reached out, I had to claim my money back through my bank!

Awful customer service, my order didn’t arrive, customer service ignored me for over 2 weeks, had to claim the money back through my bank.

Would give them 0 stars if I could!
Horrific customer service, got sent the totally wrong colour and length and they are refusing to refund me and I paid over 100 pounds for them.
If they make a mistake on there end they won't admit it or sort it out.
Avoid avoid avoid!

Bought extensions from here at least 5 times over the years but will have to go elsewhere next time, paid £50 for 16 inch, after measuring they’re struggling to reach 15 inches & that’s only a few strands, they’re cut in a way where the majority of strands are super short but some will make up a bit of the length to give the illusion they’re that length. I have curly hair so had to curl them & when you wrap the hair around the curling iron brand new, majority of the strands stick out like a cactus because it’s all short strands blended in, the hair was also stuck to my curler which makes me believe it’s not fully human hair & I’ve never had that before. For the price, i didn’t get the length I ordered, which matters as I said I have curly hair so curling these will drastically reduce the length on top of that then not actually being the right length initially, as well as having them stick to my curling iron & melt & smell like plastic on the first use I’m not happy. Also in case they try to say it’s my curling irons heat, all I’ve ever used is lush extensions but haven’t ordered a new pair in years. They never did this before so I’m guessing the quality has reduced. Not to mention I used to get natural black & those extensions have become fully brown in the sun over time.
I actually feel dizzy after curling the whole set & breathing in the plastic smell.
The positives I’d give them is their customer service phone line & the hair comes super fast & is really soft but that’s about it.

Loved the Color but after one wash they became dry and frizzy. I’ve been wearing extensions for over 15 years and use great products on my hair. Very disappointed in the quality of hair

I have been contacting Lush for several weeks as my invoice shows the Prostyles Daily Conditioning Spray was included on two purchases I made. Neither times was this received. Lush have acknowledged that this was their mistake (eventually even after I attached the invoice on two occasions) and confirmed they would forward me the product. Weeks later and this still hasn't been received and my email continues to be ignored.

There is such a simple resolution to this that should have been provided right at the beginning and this is to send me two lots of the spray. However, due to poor email communication and poor customer service provided within this communication from Mel, this has sadly resulted in me writing this review.

I purchase extensions worth £100+ at least once per year, often twice and sadly shall now longer be as there are many other competitive providers online. I continued to use Lush, probably around 10 years now as I never encountered any issues. What a shame to lose a customer due to something so minimal.

Lush hair have recently relaunched their website, I bought 18” Deluxe full head in Jet black! For just one £100 190g of pretty great Quality Human hair Hair.

I was on a budget after a really bad experience with Cliphair so I am very happy that hair half the price and double the amount is of such superior quality to the tripe they are peddling over at cliphair Ltd

I’d like to arrange for a refund on my product, after paying for the deluxe hair extensions I am extremely disappointed at the quality of the hair and would like my money back! I have to say they are probably the worst hair extensions I have ever brought and are not worth what I have paid for. I am awaiting their reply on the refund.

TL;DR

If you want to save money buy from Ali Express and if you want to help small businesses in the UK buy from here, they are a legit company.

The low quality in the video is exactly the same quality you get from Lush Hair Extentions.

The reason I am giving the company 2 stars is because of the following:

- The delivery is amazing, they use Royal mail 24 and if you buy the product before 3pm it may be shipped same day. That gives them 1 star.
- The hair is really thin. I for the ultimate full head. You do get the weight (I think it's like 205g) of hair but the ends are wipsy and not thick. If you watch this YouTube video called: "Cheap vs High Quality Clip In Hair Extensions - THE TRUTH | ZALA Hair Extensions"

The hair extions from lush is exactly like the cheap looking on in this video! (Minus 1 star).

- Because the hair was thin my medium thickness hair did not blend well with the hair extentions. (Minus 1 star).

- This is speculation ... so take with a pinch of salt. I like to think I am quite savy with purchases. The hair I believe they sell is exactly the same hair you get from China (Ali Express). They buy in bulk or have a factory they can source their products from china and just change the packaging. The language the use to define hair color is the same you would find on Ali express to describe the colour. (Because this is speculation I can't minus any stars)

- The hair had some white hairs, string and some clips were not sewn securely. This adds to my speculation that the hair was put together in China. I previously bough real hair from Ali Express for a fringe and the colour and random colour hair match the hair extensions I have received. (Minus 1 star)

- The hair is real human hair! (Plus 1 Star)

The hair is cheap thin hair and I bought a ultimate set weight roughly 205g. The hair is wipsy at the end and thick at the top. You can buy the same quality and for half the price on Ali Express! If you want an intro to hair extensions don't buy here ... buy from Ali Express. I can't their delivery is amazing and came next day. And also the hair is real human hair!

However if you do want to just spend double the price just to help the British Economy then totally support this company. We are pretty much hitting a recession now, so it's good to help small businesses.

I really don't know how things could have gone so badly for other customers as I have always had a positive experience with this company. Whenever I've ordered my extensions they have come the next day or day after (if I've ordered after 3pm) and they have always been the right shade and length. As for quality I've only bought Ultimate and Deluxe and they have been great quality and real. No one knows I wear extensions unless I tell them! Unless something changed drastically I will continue using this company (7yrs to date). One point of concern though...only by reading the other reviews I found out that there isn't a customer call line which can seem suspicious to first time buyers and would be infuriating if you do have a problem with your order.

Excellent company perfect colour match and fast delivery. Can’t fault them and iv been through every hair extension company going believe. These are far by the best. Unsure why the reviews arnt higher I had a great experience with lush hair. Found my forever hair extension company.

Hair arrived but it is the wrong colour! They have no phone line. Do not answer fb/insta/email messages so there is no way of returning or exchanging. Don't order from here.

This is my third purchase from Lush Hair Extensions, this time I went for the ultimate full head in 22" darkest brown, after using your standard extensions for over a year with no problem, I wanted to upgrade!

Arrived the day after as usual, no issues and superior quality hair extensions. Even my standard set still look great, I wouldn't go anywhere else, and for the price, these are well worth it. I weighed the hair, and as it says, it was a little over 215 grams.

I was very sceptical about ordering from Lush given how many bad reviews they have, but I decided to risk it and glad I did.

I've been buying clip in hair extensions for years from Hairtrade, which are ok but I wanted to try something different. I'd already tried Milk and Blush, but I don't remember them wowing me either.

Then I came across Lush, and after looking at the different sets available, I decided to go with the Ultimate Full Head set as I have quite a lot of hair and know from experience that I often end up needing 2 packs.

I ordered the colour ash blonde and it's a perfect match for my hair. The quality is amazing, lovely, silky soft hair. Haven't noticed any shedding so far. And I only needed the one pack. Will definitely be buying again!

My advice to anyone buying from Lush is to read the description and make sure that the weight is enough to cover your hair. If you have a lot of hair, go for the ultimate set.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY:
if only we could review with no stars, girlfriend bought a set and received them and opened them to see what the colour was like. Opened for least 1 minute realized the colour was not going to match her hair so she sent them back for a refund.

Refund was refused because these where open for 1 minute due to “hygiene”.
Keep in mind these were sent back in original packaging nothing ripped or touched.

Non-existent customer service. They don't respond to emails or their online contact form and no tel number listed on their webpage. They also have a colour match "service" which they don't respond to. Ordered a set of dark brown extensions which were actually auburn. Sent them back. Still waiting for a refund/any contact from them 1 month later. It's now been 3 months trying to get in touch.

AWFUL - ordered on Thursday and they NEVER arrived even though I contacted customer services and made it CLEAR that I NEEDED these for the Monday.

The courier they used DID NOT deliver them to my address and have delivered them to some random place to a random person that does NOT live in my building.

I waited ALL MORNING with the staff at reception in my apartment building for these to be delivered and NO delivery was even attempted. So someone has clearly stolen my hair.

As customer services are closed at the weekend there isn't even any customer support for when issues happen.
