Good stuff but need to sort out customer service.
Shorts I ordered were good quality but one pair had been incorrectly sized. It took Lusso over 10 days to sort this out. Very difficult to contact them by phone, especally as website was innacuate with their opening hours.

Hi Colin, glad to hear you've been impressed with the gear! Apologies we let you down on the customer service side this time, let me try and explain why these were exceptional circumstances outside of our control. On Monday 05/08 we had to shut the factory due to a power outage in the area, so we were only able to respond to customer emails remotely but we weren't able to answer your call. We responded to your email that day that you sent on Friday 2nd @15:38 ( we don't work weekends). We have now updated our opening hours on google maps and our website to reflect that we shut at 14:00 on Friday's, apologies for any confusion caused there.
I am however glad to report that despite these issues we managed to resolve your incorrectly sized short query and get the correct item to you on the 07/08 before you left for your holiday on the 09/08.
Again, apologies you feel let down but we couldn't have done much more on this occasion, it is unfortunate that we missed each other when you tried to ring. Hopefully we haven't lost you as a customer, if you need any help or advise ask for me on your next email or phone call and I'm sure we can help you out with a discount on your next order.

Amazing premium gear at value for money prices
Really love Lusso products. Already have 2 jerseys and I thought I'd try their summer vest/base layer. It exceeded my expectations - great design and fit, and fits like a glove. Great quality and a design and a value-for-money price point.
But, best of all was the really cool eco-packaging and the messaging on the packet. Five star marketing and customer service.

Carbon bib shorts
Carbon bib shorts, very comfortable, well made and supporting British industry... what's there not to like. I can highly recommend. Sizing was right. I ordered medium for 31-33 waist and just over 6 feet tall.

Spring/Autumn Bib Lonfs
Ordered Bib Longs. As these were provided with no pad I contacted Lusso who informed me this could be provided at a small cost.
I was invoiced for this seperately.
All recieved promptly and correctly.

Decent bib shorts but not brilliant
After having used Assos shorts for the last 10 years I thought I would try Lusso. Good buying experience and communication, but I cant help but feel a little disappointed with the shorts. They are not a patch on the Mille Assos shorts in both fit and chamois quality. I will use these for my short lunchtime rides (~20 miles) but would not use them on anything longer.

Great service, disappointing stock levels
Great service, fantastic price in the sale. Love Lusso products, it’s just such a shame that any time I’m looking for anything there are barely any sizes in stock. I appreciate that everything is manufactured in house but really wish stock levels would improve.
