I found the perfect chandelier for our entry at Lustre Tendance. I received it quickly and it truly transformed the space.
Great effect for this product. Need to know how to do wiring of each ligth. Amazing functionality of changing ligth color White/warm only switching on/off.
Would appreciate a extra delivery of spare because some are defectuous after some week s use.
I ordered a chandelier from lustre-tendance.fr (Order #15870) in July 2025. The first one arrived damaged, and the replacement they sent was also defective — it didn’t even turn on, as confirmed by a certified electrician.
After months of back-and-forth emails, the company still refuses to refund me, insisting that I should ship the broken item back to the United States at my own expense. This is illegal under EU consumer law.
Their so-called customer service is a joke — full of empty promises, excuses, and zero accountability. It’s clear this is a scam operation hiding behind a French website and a fake “SAV”.
I’ve filed a complaint with the French consumer protection authority (DGCCRF) and strongly advise everyone to stay away from this fraudulent site.
