Jasper’s Favorite New Spot: The Luther Bennett Car Seat!
Jasper absolutely loves his new Luther Bennett car seat! He’s never been so relaxed and content during car journeys. In fact, when I was assembling the seat in the living room, he insisted on sitting in it. It’s so well-padded and comfortable that he actually preferred it to his own bed and was a bit sad when it was moved to the car. If Luther Bennett ever expands their collection to include dog beds, we’ll be the first in line! On top of that, the customer service was exceptional. There was an issue with delivery (not Luther Bennett’s fault), but they were incredibly helpful and quick to resolve it.

I have been dreaming of ordering one of the pods for my cocker for ages! I finally did and it’s the best thing I did, he is so comfortable and no more car anxiety for him. I actually have forgotten he was in the car behind me on the back which would never have had happened before.

My 11 year old Wheaten Scottish Terrier is undergoing chemotherapy for lymphoma, which requires weekly visits across town to his oncologist. The Pet Pod is comfortable, cool to the touch, sturdy and secure. My little dog loves it. My second car seat!
I purchased a car seat many years ago for my elderly dog and she loved it. Very comfortable and easy on her arthritic bones. I just purchased another one for our other car and our younger dog loves it too!

Outstanding! product is excellent quality. Don’t be fooled by the cheaper versions online this is THE dog seat . Customer service is second to none. What also make it stand above others is the ability to get replacement parts so it will last you a lifetime.

Excellent customer service
I bought the dog car bed and mine was defective. The customer service to get a replacement cover was excellent. They were extremely easy and quick to work with. And we love the car bed. I love that my pup is strapped into a secure seat in the car.

Great customer experience
I recently ordered the dog pod for my Chihuahua and she loves it! Jumped in it straight away.
The bed and cushions feel good quality and I look forward to using it in the car. We had a slight cosmetic issue which was sorted straight away.
The only thing I’d say is, it would be good to have instructions on how to attach it to the seat, but it’s probably self-explanatory!
Lastly, I wanted to thank the customer advisor, Apple, who did an amazing job keeping me updated on my order (it was on pre-order) and also supposed on the slight issue I had.
