Shurmi's advertisement boasts that her prices are the highest in the area being Luton. Therefore, I expected a high level of professionalism when paying £70 for classic lashes. Upon arriving at her home based salon for my first appointment at 10am, I was surprised to see her appear in a dressing gown and pajamas. Despite confirming that she was indeed expecting me, and mentioning a previous client, her attire was unexpected and unprofessional, which she stayed in for the 25 minutes of the service. I wasn’t convinced she had a previous client as her ads say from 10am. I would have rather she had said she had a bad night and was running late. I would have left had I not already paid the deposit of £35.

The entire process took only 25 minutes, leaving me disappointed in the service I received. I believe her choice of clothing negatively affected my overall experience. The lashes were ok but wasn’t what I expected and was disappointed. She offered to remove the lashes and charge me only the deposit, but I declined. While I've visited therapists in their homes before, I've never encountered one wearing pajamas and a dressing gown throughout the service. In my opinion, this lack of professionalism resulted in a substandard service.
I did sent her a message to voice my opinion and there was no response .

I would like to say huge ‘thank you’ to a gentleman called John who helped me with the Special Assistance, as I hurt my foot and never used this type of service again.
Luton Airport staff didn’t have the best reputation in the past but after today people like John restore my faith in humanity(and this airport), as he is the credit to the airport and if everybody did their jobs to the way he does, what a wonderful world we would all live in.
All other guys in the same time were absolutely amazing and deserve mentioning as well, as if it wasn’t for all of them, it would be very difficult for me today.

Airport great staff nice, all areas nice.
Aspire lounge disgraceful infact disgusting, staff on Wednesday night 6th Sept 23 were disgusting, the two staff young girls playing with each other squirting the table cleaner at each other , running about , smashing items then serving already intoxicated guests more alcohol and encouraging them to drink was an outrageous offence. This SHOULD BE MANAGED BY PROPER STAFF . The lounge was my first experience and my last DISGRACEFUL EXPERIENCE .
These are the fore front of your company and treated it like their very own playground.

had to put one star, because minus 10 stars can't be done. Pure racism against whites. Went through the security. All darker skin people went through and all whites were searched, scanned etc. Including small children and babies. All whites bleeped through the scan, which gave them opportunity to treat us as criminals. What was the most ridiculous bit was that I forgot a suitcase on the other side and had to go through the security twice. But I didn't bleep the second time. Why? They had a long queue of white people and then started getting them through faster and suddenly nobody bleeped, because they wanted to get rid of the long queue. It was obvious and disgusting. Never use this airport again.

Luton airport priority parking absolutely excellent. Leave your car in car park 1, professional and speedy handover. Upon return car waiting for me, all took 5 minutes! Signed paperwork upon arrival and departure. Really recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service. I have brought numerous cars into this garage and never had a problem. 100 percent recommend. Very trustworthy business. Thank you Justina and T for your hospitality.
