Great communication, arrived on time, clean large car.

If you are travelling with children I would avoid this company. We have booked a return trip from and to the Luton airport and requested an infant car seat and the taxi arrived without a seat.

On the way from the airport the driver arrived with a very old, worn out car seat which was soaked in water. The driver didn’t know how to secure the seat in the car. On the way back to the airport the driver arrived without an infant car seat. What is most worrying is that when we called their help number the person in their office saw no issue for a 8 month old baby to travel without a car seat. It is not safe for a baby to drive without a car seat even if it is allowed by law in a licensed taxi. In case of an accident, taxi provides no more protection than any other car… There was no attempt to resolve the issue and the attitude to child safety was really concerning.

I would go with another company even if you are travelling without kids as the customer service is very unpleasant and unwilling to resolve any issues.

I agreed on a price of 20 pounds for a transfer, but when I went to pay the driver, he demanded 21.5 pounds, claiming it was because I used a debit card. I contacted customer service, and they agreed with me, but all they offered was a refund of the fee if I used the service again. That won't happen because I won't let them rip me off again, and besides, I live in another country and don't go to Luton very often.

Simple process to book, great value (40% lower than our local cab firm quoted) and our driver was on time and professional for the 1hr20 journey. Handled 5 hr flight delay with no fuss. Definitely recommend; but am sure there will be times when it doesn’t go as well as it did for us

I’ve been using Luton Airport Taxis for quite a while now whenever I travel through Luton, and honestly, they’ve been great every time. I usually travel between Teddington and Luton Airport, and even though the traffic can sometimes be a bit unpredictable, the drivers always stay calm, friendly, and do their best to get me there on time. Even when my (inbound) flight is delayed or it takes a while to get through passport control, they patiently wait without any fuss, which I really appreciate. So, I'd warmly recommend Luton Airport Taxis to anyone looking for a friendly and dependable ride to/from Luton Airport.

Very nervous as been let down in the past by taxis not turning up for early morning pick-ups (not this company) so contacted Luton Airport Taxis by email beforehand. They were quick to respond, friendly, and reassuring. On the day arrived five minutes early with a safe, helpful driver. Will definitely use again.

Booked online day before for pick up from Luton Airport. Received a text message and email confirming taxi had been booked.
Received a text message when I landed saying car had been dispatched which also had the car reg number. Driver also called and we arranged that I would let him know when I cleared security. Pick up was from the drop off/pick up area outside the airport & the fee was included in fare so I didn’t have to pay extra. Car spacious and clean, driver very polite and helpful. Would definitely use again if needed a taxi from Luton Airport.

My family have used Luton Airport taxis mainly to get to and from Luton Airport. We have been using them every month for years when we lived in harpenden and for the past five years from berkhamsted. They are efficient, punctual and have never let us down. When you book a vehicle it is confirmed by email. You receive a text confirming the car is on its way. The owners and drivers are very friendly and are there to help. I have never hesitated to recommend Luton Airport taxis - and they have always been better value than other firms!

I really don’t understand all the negative reviews for Luton Airport Taxis these have to be fake! we honestly had the best experience. I found it very easy to get a quote (cheapest by far from a list of 6 other firms) Booked and pay beforehand again very simple. The children said the cab was on time and waiting for them at the airport they also added the driver was lovely. 5* from us for sure
