APPALLING SERVICE
I waited 45 minutes for my car to be returned to me at carpark 1. I returned to the carpark and, even though I had not phoned in advance, they Drivefly staff said they would call. After 45 minutes, I questioned the drivefly staff on site who were NOT helpful but advised me to ring luton parking direct. They had no record of a call saying I was ready to collect and then said it would be another half an hour. I insisted they prioritise the delivery of my car and it was there within 10 minutes. APPALLING SERVICE AND I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN, it would have been quicker to park offsite and use the shuttle in for considerably less money.
