This company is a SCAM, do not order from them. I placed an order for a necklace ($48) for a birthday give to arrive May 13, it never arrived. I tried tracking it and it can no longer be tracked past US Customs in NY. Do not order from this company!

If I could give 0 stars I would! This website is a total scam! I ordered 3 necklaces set to arrive before Christmas and still nothing! When in contact with customer service they just pretend to look further into it! Do not order from here!!! Total scam!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They are a scam. You won’t receive your merchandise. it has been three months since I ordered 4 necklaces. Their “support” just keeps telling me they will look into it.

2 months ago, fake company stealing people’s money….

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I placed my order 12/6 and was told it would arrive by Xmas. The holiday came and went. So I tried to cancel and was told it shipped. It did not ship till after the holiday and has been stuck somewhere since 1/10/25 with no movement whatsoever. It's now February, two months as of this coming Friday will be 2 months since my order was placed and still no product. Total scam! And now I have to stop payment with my bank in order to make myself whole. This is ridiculous!

This store is a complete rip-off. The jewelry is trash. It is inferior quality and cheap looking. Steer clear of these idiots. They will not respond when you ask to return an item. SCAM!!!

I was scammed, ordered over a month ago a week asset I went to cancel. They said my order was shipped. Why did another three weeks emailed again they said order was on the way completely hoagie information they offered me 20% off my next order as compensation. I’ve lost the money do not order with this company.

We have never received our order and have gotten zero response from them. Our order was was placed on 12/10. Do not order from this company.

Items never arrived - SCAM! ordered on 12-13. sent bogus tracking number. they have quit responding to any emails. Seeing hundreds of people with same issue. This website needs to be shut down!!

I would give 0 if I could. Placed an order before thanksgiving and still don’t have it. Every time I track the package, it just says thank you for waiting it’s on its way. I emailed them twice for a status and no response. I’m wondering if I will even get it at this point. This will be the one and only time I order from this company. I want to start a refund process but not confident that it will go well either.

Follow up 1/26/25 I still do not have my item! I have emailed multiple times and get the same response. It’s on the way. I check the tracking and it says the same thing it said a week after purchasing, it’s on the way. It doesn’t take 2 months. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times and they keep ignoring me. Do not buy from them! It’s a scam. I don’t think I will get a refund but I will keep trying. Zero stars if it would let me!

Brought a sunflower necklace. Product very poorly made. This was a Birthday gift and the clasp didn’t even open so it could not be worn. It’s been made very cheaply, it’s like something you would get in a cracker. I have contacted them via email 7 times and tried calling. I have no response from them at all. Sent the necklace back to them, no refund has been given.
Avoid this website like the plague. Would not recommend to anyone.

Bought this sunflower necklace,bracelet charm,earrings and I am completely disgusted how cheap and nasty the products are bearing in mind it cost almost £100.

Do not buy absolute waste and they should be ashamed

I heard all the bad reviews but they have clearly changed how they work, the customer service team was awesome with me, I ordered 4 necklaces and all of them came in a reasonable time and were beautiful, I know a friend that bought from them that her necklace got damaged during shipping and they gave her a refund and sent her another one free of charge! This is my experience with them, and I will definitely be looking into their jewelry in the future.

This necklace is coming from cheap Aliexpress - I cannot track my order and waiting 2 weeks no customer service

Their shipping details say:
"We are facing a very high demand. All orders are expertly engraved, packaged, prepared, and shipped within 1 to 5 business days of ordering."

It's been 16 days since placing my order on Feb 7 and it hasn't been shipped. When I try to view my order using the link from the email you sent me, it shows an error: "Enter a valid email or order number."

Not great given they were advertising themselves as a perfect gift for Valentines's day.

Have contacted their customer support today, will update this review with how they handled it.
