I had microneedling and a chemical peel, and the whole experience was absolutely lovely. She was so kind and professional throughout. It was the little touches that made all the difference – the personalised name board, thoughtful aftercare advice, being able to choose the music, and how immaculately clean everything was. I felt really well looked after and completely at ease. I’ll definitely be returning!

Ella stands out from all other aestheticians I have visited - as she pays an incredible amount of attention to detail, and is sure to answer all questions you might have prior to the procedure. Unlike elsewhere I have had similar treatments, she is very patient, friendly in demeanour, transparent about procedure, and does not rush the process.

She also ensures patients are comfortable throughout the procedure, and customises the treatment to your exact requirements as far as possible - unlike other aestheticians! Strongly recommend, and in addition she has a strong anatomical understanding of the body and face, which compliments the above excellent service.

I had under 1ml of filler placed in my lips and it was my first time having work of any sort. Ella explained the procedure to me calmly and carefully, was very reassuring, and ensured that the ml and placement of the filler was customised to my face. Her treatment room was clean and she had calming music on which put me at ease. The actual treatment wasn’t painful, only some sharpness at the site of needle insertion, but numbing cream was provided so I barely felt a thing. I was given aftercare instructions that Ella also reiterated via WhatsApp and she also checked in on me the next day to see how I was getting along with my aftercare and how my lips were feeling. I had some soreness at the needle sites but no bruising and the swelling was minimal, the healing process was overall really pain free and easy. I love the result, it’s subtle and really shines when I have makeup on as she said it would. I’m also really happy because I was worried it would be lumpy or that I’d be able to feel the filler, but there’s none of that. The last bonus is that it’s black girl friendly so that’s never not going to be a bonus.

I go to Luvella Beauty for my monthly B12 injection and it leaves me energised. Ella is very patient and knowledgeable about her work. I would highly recommend for anyone who is afraid of needles and is in need of someone to conduct their injections with a soft hand
