Very good although the tracking was a bit off

Arrived on time and in good condition just as seen in fb very happy with purchase

They are part of Christmas gifts for my daughters and are beautiful

Items received are as expected. Not impressed with Customer Care as I
emailed twice enquiring about the delivery as the Shop app suggested it had been delivered before it arrived. I did not reveal reply to either email

Love the whole concept of these and can’t wait to give to daughter and stepdaughter at Xmas. It was so easy to order and pay and they came well packed and in good time. They look great and well made, really pleased!

Don't trust this company. Luvtoo failed to respond to all my emails concerning the items I needed to return. Their policy said no returns unless authorised by them. Impossible if they don't respond to my numerous emails. Customer service is non existent. The 30 day deadline has now passed so I am stuck with the items.

Very confused with the communication. Gave tracking number that when you clicked on it Hermes popped up and said do not identify try again. The package was delivered by the postie 🤷‍♀️The communication with the company is none existent. The key rings are ok but the finish is a bit sloppy and I’m not convinced the material is leather at just over £17 for 3 they are not cheap for what they are

Absolutely lovely! I’ve filled them with the grandkids favourite treats for Xmas! They are well made, very cute, and look adorable.

Delivery was a bit too long, product is lovely and a lovely idea but slightly overpriced. £5.00 would be a fair price and value for money plus packaging.

Really happy with the products. Bought the snowman and Santa for my grandaughters to put their money and treats in. Well made and so cute.

Faulty item E-mailed- no response. Telephoned - no response. Steer clear!

The product is excellent quality and copes with a lot of the daily necessities including smartphone, money, cards, etc. It seemed to take a long time to get out of the USA, three days in customs seems excessive, but well packaged and got here eventually, so all good.
