Ordered some earrings at the beginning of May that never arrived. I contacted the company who said they were out of stock but would post more as soon as they were back in. They eventually arrived in August by which point I sent them back for a refund as I'd purchased something else in the meantime. It's now the 11th September and I still haven't been refunded despite tracking showing the parcel being delivered on the 20th August. I contacted lux fix who said they would refund me but that could take up to 10 days to happen. 6 months? Seriously?? I will not use again and would not recommend

dodgy quality, no customer service
Bought a pretty blouse that came across my Facebook feed. Buttons were low quality and made the top look cheap. What's worse, two of them fell right off the first time I wore it, one as I was putting it on. Emailed the company. Total silence. Won't buy from them again.
