This isn’t a real Australia company. It uses multiple brand names to continue to scan customers. It is actually a direct from China organisation that does not provide ANY returns ever. Sale prices are made up. All rugs cost about $30AUD in reality. They use photos from other companies and charge $300 or more, and sale items are $199 or less. Then they send you something cheap and nasty… BEWARE. ACCC CANT HELP bc it’s not Australian. Getting it banned/closed down online is the best step

This company is from China - everything about them is a lie. The rugs are disgusting and such horrible quality.
I am STILL fighting for a refund after costing me a further $30 to return to them since August 2021. I have now put this to customs affairs, and encourage you do the same to get this scam of a website and company put down. It takes 5 minutes - just google 'custom affairs' and your state.

I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. I fell for photos. I paid nearly $200 for a luxurious looking thick rug. But what I received was a small package. Rug was so thin that I wouldn’t put my dog on it. This is a fraud. I can’t even claim funds as I didn’t pay by PayPal. This is not fair. I thought I was ordering from Aussie company. But it’s a Chinese company.

DO NOT BUY! I bought a $180 rug that looked so good in the photos, but when it arrived it was nothing more than a thin mat delivered in a parcel smaller than a pillow! It was thin, wispy and poor quality. I found the exact same rug on eBay for $50. After emailing them to complain I received no reply. They have a small image of PayPal at the payment page but no option to use PayPal. The obvious reason is they know how many disputes they would get and refunds they will have to pay. They say they are an Australian company but are in China! I called my bank and lodged a dispute and thankfully with all the evidence I supplied, I was given a chargeback refund within a week. STAY AWAY

I bought a small carpet which the colour was not matching my furniture i paid for the postage sent to China, which was very costly i received a confirmation from Aust post that they received the item, i sent them so many messages, but they don't responding to my message, they owe me $149. Very disappointed!! please don't buy any product from them! they rapping ppl off.

I bought $299 rug from this company they say it’s 14 day return policy. The colour looked nothing like it was meant to.So l returned it. It has been returned as l put a tractor number on it. They are saying they still haven’t got it. Even though Australia post sends me conformation emails. I have emailed them 30 times. They keep telling me when they receive it, they will give me my refund. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Disappointed the rugs are nothing like the pictures, i wish i had read the review's first and i would never have ordered. Poor quality and way to expensive for the price. Have contacted them for a return but i never knew that they are a china company. Don't waste your money.

Hi I really need help on a company called Lux Fluff we purchased a rug for $529 and received a piece of fabric not even finished from China and they say they are biased in Australia. They said a refund is available within 14 day's. I have sent so many emails and no response is happening. I just looked up reviews and people are saying they are a scam we just want to know how we can try and get our money back and how to shut this company down.

I’m sooo mad I fell hard for this company !! False advertising their so called rugs when really it’s the size of a bath mat !the product is not worth it I should’ve stuck with Kmart ! Like the quality is horrendous ! Bad bad bad business !! False advertisement all the reviews on their page is fake !! All made up ! Fraud!

Do not buy from this company! The rugs are nothing like what is advertised.
And when it comes to returning the product you are given an address in China!
Waste of money buy elsewhere

Definitely will not buy again. The fur drops everywhere. Requested return several times and finally been provided with an overseas address! Will have to throw it away. Very disappointed purchase.

I was really satisfied with this product, I was sceptical before ordering and a little unnerved when I saw the tracking came from another country, but it arrived really quick and is of great quality. I had always like the look of sheepskins but avodied on an ethical point so really happy.

Have this rug in our play area.

Super soft and fluffy. My daughter loves her big bright rug on her bedroom floor. Gorgeous!

I ordered the luxurious rabbit fur and Im glad I did. Delivery was on time and customer support was helpful. Rabbit faux fur is veeeery soft and also easy to saab.

Nothing like the pictures, they mention hassle free returns and that is not the case. I've just reached out to them and they've told me I won't be getting a refund even though my purchase is nothing like I ordered. Whatever is written on the website that they have 14 days return policy they do not honour that and they say ‘you got what you order’. Spent 200 pounds on something I wouldn't take for free.

I am trying to take it further so no more people get ripped off.
