Luke from Kaando went out of his way and took the time to diagnose and resolve an issue with our remote control duett blinds. They now work perfectly. Luke was helpful, gave clear and practical advice and went to great lengths to work out what needed to be done and then took the time to do it. Thanks Luke. We recommend Luke and Kaando to everyone.

We recently had some Luxaflex venetians installed in our bedroom to offer privacy and light control. They look fantastic against the other decor and contrast the light bright whites really well by adding a depth of colour and warmth to the room. They operate smoothly and are a quality product. Kaandoo Simons' were personable, friendly and good installers.

Our main contact was Michael who was so welcoming and obliging in answering all of our questions and offering advice. Michael also kept us updated on the progress of our order. We found Kaandoo to be honest, competitively priced and professional.

Company detailed pros and cons of the walk through sliding blinds and readily helped me select the best colour and texture for my room.Instalation occurred when scheduled and there was prompt service to fix the 1 small problem I had with the clip detaching.Very friendly,polite and supportive staff.

While experiencing some initial problems, luxaflex and Kaandoo have been doing everything possible to resolve the issues.

Absolutely love our Luxaflex Lumishades. We went with black which we were a little nervous about but they look amazing especially as we have high ceilings and big windows. Highly recommended. Kandoo who installed were excellent and highly professional too.

Kandoo Simon's Design came to our house; gave us many options and price points and made helpful suggestions. We measured up with them and in a reasonable turn around time (4-6 weeks during the Covid-19 era is more than satisfactory) we got the call that they were ready. The fitting was done perfectly (the skylights was a technically challenging task on a sloping pitch). Couldn't ne happier - AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE LUXAFLEX PRODUCT AND KANDOO SIMON'S DESIGN. Visited the store to view our options, was warmly greeted and shown many options that were available to us. Chose privacy blinds with block out blinds, they arrived and were installed quickly and professionally. Leaving the room feeling finished with a touch of luxury. Chainless and smooth sliding action create a safe and elegant style of blind. Have now ordered a different type of blind for our tri-fold and sliding doors. Great service, excellent products, significant amount of choice of blind designs and colours.
