I have purchased block out curtains for my bedroom, sheer s wave curtains in my family room and two minor bedrooms, polysatin plantation shutters in my family/kitchen windows and bathroom/toilet and ensuite bathroom and 2 x sunteca shade track awnings out in my alfresco area. I am so happy with the products and service from Cameron, Rebecca and Carolyn. I would highly recommend Sunmaster/Luxaflex, Joondalup for all your window treatment requirements. Great communication and follow up, professional installation and service.

Rebecca and Cameron are the best people to work with. We have done many times in different homes. They’re always reliable and knowledgeable about the products Cameron is super efficient and helpful on installation day.All being said we would definitely recommend them

From the time we approached Luxaflex for a quote we were met with very professional and honest advice. Having the same person do the measure, quote and install was an absolute plus. The care and detail taken by Cameron during the install was excellent.
The communication from Rebecca during the whole process was also excellent.

I asked Luxaflex Joondalup to come and measure my family room large windows for blinds to replace very outdated and dull basic roller blinds. When the man came to measure I needed to do this fairly quickly as had an unplanned commitment elsewhere. The staff member suggested the blinds he thought would be the best for this room so I agreed in a quicker time than I normally would, accepting his advice. Because I had chosen them in a hurry as it were I was rather nervous about how they would look.

The pleasant man who installed them showed me how to change the look of the blinds as they could be fully opened, partially opened and obviously fully closed. These blinds were unlike any others I have seen before with them giving a soft, layered effect and of course also able to be fully opened and closed. I am thrilled with the appearance of my blinds which add so much to the whole room. They were not the cheapest blinds but are absolutely right and I am so glad I chose them.

Love the blinds. Slight wait as all the frames did not turn up together but prompt follow-up and all the blinds in within a week.

Duette shades installed in kitchen and dining room love them! Easy to use very stylish and a perfect solution for tilt and turn double glazing.

This is the second house which we have used Luxaflex Joondalup.we just don’t trust anyone else to get the job done! Cameron is amazing, we love that it is he who comes out to quote, give advice, measure up and design, it is Cameron who you deal with right through to installation and final fix. We have installed custom made outdoor louvres, outdoor custom made shades, security outdoor roller shutters and indoor shutters. We are beyond happy with the quality and craftsmanship. Without doubt we would 100% recommend them, very very happy customers, many thanks to Luxaflex Joondalup.

The original materials we chose were not in stock or available but once we chose a new fabric everything was smooth sailing. We were kept up to date and installment of the blinds was happily arranged around our tenants and their small family

Great service. We have been very happy with the service we received from Luxaflex Joondalup. An appointment for a quote was given soon after my enquiry and the installation happened when it was promised. The awning on our balcony looks great and provides good sun protection.

Luxaflex - Sunmaster Joondalup service was very prompt and helpful. There were some delays, but no different to any other product at the moment.
The installer was polite, quick and tidy.

Was extremely happy with the choices, quality and professionalism from start to finish and very pleased with the end product.

We had new windows fitted and decided they needed quality blinds, Sunmaster Joondalup supplied and fitted amazing blinds after giving us a thorough review of the options we had. Once they were made they fitted them quickly and professionally.
After a week of use we encountered a problem ( all of our own making ) and they came out immediately and fixed it.
