We recently had plantation shutters installed and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Tim came out to our home, brought a range of samples, and took the time to show us exactly what each shutter style would look like in our space. He made the whole process feel really personal and tailored to our needs.

When it came to installation, Dom and Nick were absolutely lovely—friendly, professional, and so particular with every detail. They clearly took pride in their work and left everything spotless. Highly recommend this team!

I returned to Luxaflex in Midland as the blinds I bought for my house when I moved in 14 years ago had a broken cord. Tim had moved to another shop front in the intervening time . However we discovered that the type of cord was no longer available so a new set of blinds were needed. Tim came and measured up and after I had given my deposit was told it would be 6 weeks to delivery. In fact it was a shorter time. We had chosen a new colour shade as I had repainted my kitchen since the original set were installed . In the years between the new and old blinds designs had changed and the cords are now child proof but the quality of the product and the service given to me was exceptional and I would recommend Luxaflex Midland to any of my friends as a great business to contact if they need blinds

They are second to none. Have been elsewhere before, but Tim and his team prove what customer service is all about. And their products are amazing.

From noticing an interesting fabric in the shop widow to having my roller blinds installed the team has demonstrated personalised customer care way beyond an invoice number. I can with a dream and now live with a pair of exquisite blinds that complete the look and functionality of my kitchen. With a large corner window that needed sun protection, the team took great care to design blinds that were perfect. Communication with the Sunmaster Midland team and the installer was faultless. So many guests to my home comment about the corner window blinds. Thank you so much.

I had to have my shutters replaced on front windows. The measurements were checked carefully and a quote given. About four weeks later two workmen arrived and meticulously replaced the old shutters. The shutters now look fabulous. However I only had to have the shutters replaced because of poor design on the earlier Luxaflex shutters!

We have no hesitation to recommend Luxaflex Midland as the go-to place for curtains, awnings and blinds. Tim was most helpful in advising us on sun blocking products for the WA climate.

I chose Luxaflex because of the beautiful variety & quality of window blinds that I was wanting in my new house. I was able to match a colour with my new bedroom headboard. The boys never tired of me coming into the store checking out products and fabrics. My kitchen has a beautiful pesto blind, remote controlled with my living room blinds. The sheer curtains are beautiful as are the shutters to the front of my house.

On time, neat, clean and efficient installation. Installers friendly and knowledgable.

The entire experience was fantastic. Making the appointment to measure was easy. Marc was extremely helpful, knowledgeable in the products and precise with his measurements. Production and installation timeframes was as predicated. The installers were polite, experienced leaving the work areas clean from dust and debris. Job well done and I can certainly recommend them.

From the moment I walked into the shop I had brilliant service. The young man was very helpful. The man that came to measure up was very helpful and very friendly. Tim came and checked if we could fit blockout behind our verticals . It was organised and fitted by Dom and Nick . We were so happy we got them to come back and fit blockouts in the bedroom and playroom ,also shutters at entrance . I would recommend and say the service was excellent !!

I absolutely love the products installed into our new home. The LumiShade curtains, PolySatin Shutters and Roller Blinds all look really good throughout the house. The quality of the products and the choice of colours and options was great. Thank you.

My experience with Luxaflex was excellent.
Tim was very informative and helpful when choosing the product (and colours).
The timeframes provided for delivery and installment were accurate and allowed us to be ready.
Communication (which is key) was consistent and professional.
The installation crew were friendly and professional (they looked "job ready" and I felt comfortable letting them into my home and doing the work).
I plan on going with Luxaflex in Midland again for the next project.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who took the time to show us almost everything in the showroom (because I didn't know what I wanted) and gave us time to chat privately was a great starter!
