Blind is exactly as expected and electric remote has made such a difference for my elderly father who can use it easily instead of the cumbersome blind that was there before.

From my initial contact with company to having the blinds fitted all staff were extremely helpful The product is just great. I love my new duet blinds

The appointments made for a measure and quote and installation were all on time. The team were friendly and helpful with suggestions. However, I requested one blind to be wider than normal and was happy to pay for this. When the blind arrived and was installed after a few weeks this extra width had not been taken into account. When i checked this and mentioned it to the the person who measured up the space they apologised and offed for it to be replaced. I didn’t want to wait a few more weeks and also disturb the Tenant again so I suggested a discount. This was agreed an upon. But then I was was given an invoice for the original amount. After pointing this out I was given another invoice with the discount. There was a definite lack of communication amongst the staff. The blinds work and the Tenant is happy.

Luxaflex in Subiaco were excellent. They replied to all my query emails within 24 hours. Josh came out to measure the relevant windows and gave very helpful advice on the best option for an awkwardly large window which would need multiple individual blinds. I was concerned about how to cover the window and not have gaps in between the blinds which would allow someone to still peer in. He gave a recommendation to have blinds per window frame and allow the frame to help cover the gap. I went with his recommendation and not only did the Luxaflex provide blinds that were as close together as possible (they are practically brushing against each other) but he was totally right about the window frames helping with the inevitable gap. Thank you, Josh! After the quote and acceptance, there was a 3 week production wait and then the installer arrived. Apparently Luxaflex outsources this part to a different company. The installer (whose name I can't remember, sorry dude!) was also excellent. He and his father have a family business installing blinds. Friendly, efficient, and installed all the blinds with precision and care.
I highly recommend Luxaflex and their installers for anyone in need of blinds. I'm very pleased with my new blinds! :)

I found the service excellent from Josh and the team at Subiaco. The initial in-home consultation with Josh was excellent on 26 July 2022. I made the decision to go with the Luxaflex product and place an initial order for two blinds being very happy with the quality of the product and knowledge of Josh. The follow up I arranged for further product advice from again from Josh later in the year enabled me to make a decision to place another order for a further four blinds. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
Also the installation team who attended on 1st December 2022 were excellent and professional being prompt, friendly and clean tidying up after themselves.

We received useful advice to help us choose the right blinds for our windows, and the installation was efficient and tidy. Blinds are working well.

Really great service from Sunmaster Subiaco. Josh was incredibly knowledgeable about the range of products available and the best ones to suit my home. He also thoroughly covered the pros and cons of the different products and I am really pleased with the result. The guys fitting the blinds and shutters were friendly, efficient and left no mess behind.

We recently installed blinds in our living room to try and deal with privacy and glare issues resulting from new neighbours removing all the trees between our houses and converting a verandah to a teenage girls bedroom. We now have our privacy back and glare is no longer an issue. The range of colours and fabric weights provided by Luxaflex was way better than competitors offered. And although the higher priced option, the end product is perfect. Service was seamless too. Highly recommended....

Everything was great. The blind was measured up but then there was no follow through email to say you had received payment.
The installation was very quick and thorough. A very nice experience and I love the blind.

We are very happy with the installation of our shutters for two bathrooms and automatic blinds for the bedroom. From the very start the service was professional and the overall result exceeded our expectations. The installation was amazing, everyone knew what to do. The job was done and we were left with no extra cleaning up. The shutters have transformed our bathrooms and the blinds are well what can we say - AMAZING!! The motor is ever so quiet and the controller is easy to use. The fabric is lovely, looks great and suits our bedroom. A big thankyou!

Activating my dream of renewing our external blinds has proved to be a great booster to our home's appearance ... and it's only one-third completed now to stagger paying for this project!. In years ahead when we must sell our home, I think it will present so much better to prospective buyers. A delightful outcome for present and future.

Replaced 2 windows in lounge room and 2 in study from wooden Venetian ( that were dust traps) with 4 roller blinds ! Excellent service, price and installation. Looks amazing and the job was done in excellent time frame ! Will definitely use this company again

The whole experience from getting a quote to the installation of my wonderful Duettes was positive. James has a world of experience and knows the correct questions to ask the customer for a very satisfied outcome. Dealing with different rooms with differing light can be tricky so you cannot trust just any salesman in your house. The finished product is of a very good quality and they are right on target for delivery and installation. All in all I would say this is a very professional company.

I decided to install beautiful white shutters throughout my 117 year old heritage home. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with James and Deborah and the new owner Josh from Luxaflex Australia - Sunmaster Subiaco on my recent installation of the blinds. The Team there are very efficient and helpful (even when one is a bit stressed by the Insurance company) and once again delivered (before time) the product. The quote and measurements were accurate. Salesperson was polite and offered some good suggestions for the type of blinds I was purchasing.
