Great idea
Great idea ! The busy light is exctaly what I was looking for.
It has a tremendous autonomy (didn’t charge it it two weeks, it’s not even at 50% right now).
A few things could be improved :
- the Android app is regularly stopped on my device (HMD skyline), so I need to launch it again once or twice a day.
- it would be great to control it by both the Android app and Windows desktop app.
Good communication, fast shippping
Shipping was fast and not expensive.
Good concept struggling with product and customer service
Bought three of these to test with my team.
The sticky magnet doesn't stick.
One fell and damaged the USB charge port.
Have to restart the app to get it working frequently.
Customer service has become unresponsive.
My latest fav gadget
I’ve been really happy with my Luxafor purchase — it’s a simple but very effective tool for syncing my Teams status with a visual light indicator. It makes communication in the office so much smoother and I’d definitely recommend it.
A couple of small suggestions for improvement:
Sometimes when I start up my computer, the device disconnects from Teams and I need to reconnect it manually. Once it’s connected though, it works flawlessly.
It would be great if the Busy and Do Not Disturb statuses were easier to distinguish — both are red by default, so we customized DND to purple. Having this built in would make things clearer.
An Out of Office status with its own color would also be a really useful addition.
Overall, a great product with a lot of value — just a few tweaks could make it even better.
Useful little gadget
Bought this so my family know when i am on a call. Useful little gadget with nice bright LEDS and plenty of options to customise it to your needs.
Shopping was cool
Shopping was cool, plugging it in and connecting MS Teams was cool.
Sadly I don't know how to use local webhook as documentation is missing here.

Great Addition To The Office
We purchased the Luxafor Flag which integrates with Teams and it is a great addition to the office. It makes it a lot easier to tell when your colleagues are busy or on a call.
It's such a good product that we have offered it out to our client portfolio and many are now also using them.
My experience is not that great unfortunately.
For a moment, it worked perfectly. Except I needed to download older SW for muting the microphone, which I was not able to setup in the new app. After a week, the button started randomly toggling my mic which is causing me a headache.
Order Not Received, Lack of Support, and Refund Request
We were excited to receive this product; however, despite placing our order on 29/10/2024, we have yet to receive it and now suspect that it may never arrive. This delay appears to be due to several issues: first, the barcode was reportedly unreadable by UPS, causing the package to be "lost." Later, UPS claimed they were unable to locate our address. Despite our multiple emails to Luxafor regarding this matter, they have never taken active steps to resolve the issue. Consequently, we hope to reclaim our money.

Although the software no longer supports the feature I was looking for, they went out of their way to try & help me, leading them to being able to provide me with a solution through regedit.

Great software updates for new products
Broken device; quick customer support!
I received a broken Luxafor Bluetooth Pro, but the customer service was very quick and after some debugging they sent me a new device! Working great now!
One thing though is that I had to pay for the shipment to send the broken device back.
