Hardware works fine, Software and documentation needs some improvement

Hardware works fine. Newest Windows App crashes at start, but workaround was provided even during the weekend (so customer service is really good!), permanent redirects from luxafor.com to luxafor.de making a large part of the support infos difficult to read, API documentation should be completed
