I paid for these mats, after 3 months i couldn’t get in touch with the company. I still had not received them so I disputed it with capital one. They do not respond to emails, actually the email listed on the website is undeliverable!!! Do not order from this place, they scam you out of money and do not send a product!

These Mats are awesome. I get compliments everytime someone get in my car. Love them.

Received my order and went to install in my 2022 Ram 1500 Bighorn and was absolutely disappointed with what I received. Both front mats were to small so the clips that come attached were useless on one side. Wish I could attach pictures.

The mats are shipped from China.
Rubbish quality and materials and poor fitting.
once you paid, you will never get a reply with your complains.
and you can buy these mats from Ali Express at much lower price.

Doesn't fit and inferior quality. No after-sales help. Awful product, awful service. STAY AWAY

I cancelled a duplicate order within an hour of placing it on Sept 4, 2022. They acknowedged the cancellation but I still have not received a refund on my credit card. I have filed a dispute advise with the credit card company, Mastercard and no satisfaction from them other than that they received my dispute. In addition the floor mats are cheaply made. Read the reviews and you won't want to deal with this company

I ordered some mats never got them they told me to contact on track delivery got a hold of them they couldn't help me they told me to call lux auto mats long story short they said they were processing a new set to send me and now I can't get a hold of them. I wish they just contact me I've been trying everyday but they just ignore me I think my trying to get a hold of them just goes in vain they got my money so what do they care about their customers it seems they don't I would never buy s*** from them again cuz you won't get it and the stuff comes from China anyways I knew that I would have never bought them. in the time of the worst inflation ever thanks to you know who Brandon that d****** you think they would show a little compassion and either send me my money back or send me a new set kind of weird when you go to buy them you can get a hold of them they're live and ready to chat well now they're not despicable....

Perfect Fit! Ordered Blue Stitch on Black to match my Interior! At the time the website did not list my make and model of car. I talked to support and they confirmed they did have the pattern and were able to place the order. I placed the order on July 12th and received the new mats on August 9th! I'm very happy with the fit and look!

TOTAL SCAM. They sent me carpets too big for my SUV. Had broken clips so part of the carpet can't be fixed. Paid for express 3 weeks delivery. Took almost 2 months. Multiples emails with customer service over 8 months. Still nothing. As for the quality? Seriously? Go somewhere else!

Absolute Garbage.

I ordered new mats for my 2022 Tesla Model S in January of 2022. After many broken promises I recieved the mats in March. The mats I received seem to be for a different year or car as they do not fit at all.

I have now requested a fix or refund on six times. Each time they tell me there is something else to wait for. Most recently they say their "technicians are checking my case".

Most communications go unanswered. This is a terrible company and you should not consider doing business with them.

Bought the Lincoln Navigator rear cargo set. Black on black ‘leather’ diamond stitching. First the leather is Pleather, this set came in very poorly sown small individual pieces that have to be adhered to your seat and then velcro’d together. Definitely not waterproof in any fashion. 11 pieces total to cover a very small area. Very disappointed with the product and they have NO return policy. This is honestly junk

I purchased a pair of mats for my 2021 Corvette. They fit pretty well and dress up the inside of the car. However, it took a month for me to receive them. Further, Lux offered to refund my money if I would send them pictures and did a review. I do so on the BBB link. Sent them confirmation of review and pictures. They have been radio silent for weeks now. Feel like I was baited and at a minimum misled.

Ordered my mats October 7th and is now November, have NOT received the mats I paid for and Customer service tries not to talk to me. Why is this? Very disturbed and concerned waiting and not getting any where,

The Mats were great fit great in my Santa Fe definitely love them

The brown (caramel) leather matches my interior on my QX80. Looks cool. Fun to drive, like a new car again.

The lint does not show and saves lots of vac time.

just got a 2021 GMC Yukon and these floor mats fit perfectly! will be ordering soon for my other cars.

These are great looking mats and really dress up my Supra. Love the quilted stitching and how easy they wipe off.
Just use some extra clips if you need to tighten up the sides more.
