AVOID AVOID AVOID, DO NOT ORDER.
Absolutely useless. Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago. Very quick to take the payment but haven't even fulfilled the shipment. They don't reply to emails or try to explain themselves. I am trying to regain my lost money using other ways.

Atrocious/NON-EXISTENT customer service leading to a very unprofessional business.

The first time I ordered from here the Sauvage scent was amazing and spot on that I would've given it full marks. I ordered again few weeks ago but was disappointed with what i received, it smelt nothing like it. I got in touch and was told i will be sent a replacement from a new batch. After multiple messages over 3 weeks about what i should do with the bad batch and when I will receive the new ones, neither did I get a reply nor the replacement I was promised

The one thing which I like about the company is they go out of there way and also give you a personal thanks for ordering with them.

Excellent service, quick and easy to purchase. Delivery was also first. Product smelt amazing highly recommend.

I was expecting much better! Lovley glass diffuser however the scent is no where near as strong or fragrant as other much cheaper products.

My order arrived promptly (3 working days from ordering to arriving). As soon as I ordered I received an email confirmation followed by a thank you from Eshvar for my purchase and that if I had any queries to not hesitate to get in contact. My order arrived today. I ordered 3 bottles of the same scent diffuser refills as they were on 3 for 2 and I have also been sent 2 other scents in my order (1 of which I will 100% be ordering next time as it is amazing!). Couldn’t recommend the customer service more and the refills are strong and smell exactly like dupes of the scent I wanted.

Update: I have received my parcel much later than stated. However on receiving the air freshener it is a quality product and it smells amazing. I just wish there was better communication.

I still have not received my parcel or even been given a delivery date. My emails are being ignored and I’m left here wondering if I will ever see my order.

Placed an order - paid via Paypal. Order cancelled by Luxcents who refunded via Paypal but gave no reason what whatsoever !!!

Took the order and payment. Then got text saying my payment had been refunded. No explanation why

Lovely little car hanging freshener that works. I got cotton candy scent as I like sweet notes and this is lovely. High quality and recommended
