No stock holding of certain items
Paid for several items , told will take a while as some take time to make / come back into stock . No website should be selling stock they don’t have for immediate delivery. Very disappointing. Pearl necklaces and knives just to know which items didn’t arrive as yet

I love my new towels
I love my new towels! When I first placed the order one evening, I changed my mind by morning on how many and which ones (exactly), so I sent an email requesting a cancellation. I received the kindest email back honoring my request. I then placed a new order, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the shipping was to California (just a few days). The quality of the towels is sensational, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase!
