Amazing service and item

Amazing customer service. My Chanel Kelly arrived next day, in perfect condition and team were very helpful to ensure I got it before I travel.

Would recommend and use again for pristine luxury items.

A 5 star company & experience

I continue to come back to Luxe time & time again, after purchasing many items now. Their professionalism and personal approach with every sale is the best in the business!!
Recently purchased a prada bag & it came next day, as described & I love it!

SCAM ALERT! Never received my order.

This is NO SLANDER! YOU DID NOT SHIP THE PARCEL TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED. Please post FACTUAL details! Not information that supports your FRAUDULENT SCHEME! This company is a SCAM! DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM! Never received my order. This company is SCAM! They sent me a package with a box of tea instead of the Christian Dior handbag that was advertised. They sent the package to the incorrect mailing address in hopes that I would not receive it. They refused to give me a refund but turned around and submitted an insurance claim with DHL. They are fighting me tooth and nail through my credit card company trying to block me from disputing the transaction. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY! It is an e-commerce SCAM! Their goal is to commit fraud by way of DHL. The reason they mailed me tea was to have proof that a package was delivered to the billing address! Again, DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!

Stacy, although we understand your frustration, you can not slander the company like this. Your information is not correct.
DHL had proof of delivery and therefore we had to open a case with them to further investigate your claim. There are procedures to follow and if it is that DHL delivered the wrong parcel to you this is nothing to do with us. You have opened a claim with your credit card company which is your prerogative and therefore you should receive your refund from them if it transpires that you did get the wrong parcel. We shipped the Dior bag to your address with DHL, we have followed all the correct procedures.
There is absolutely no SCAM and you can clearly see we are a limited company that has been trading for several years.

First purchase from Luxe Cheshire and they did not disappoint, they answered my questions late at night in a prompt manner, I got a great price too for practically brand new bag :-)
Absolutely love it! It arrived next day, gift wrapped beautifully, excellent quick delivery service, would highly recommend and will use again for future pre loved items
