Ive placed a few orders with this company and I now give up. I was blown away with the lash kit on my first order. I think my 3rd order they chamged the glue. I wasted all of the curling stickers trying to get the glue to work and so wasted i think £30 for the kit and the time! Their marketing implied that the glue issue was now resolved so I waited a while and the a couple of months ago placed another order. I tried today to curl my lashes and now they've changed the sticky curlers which is all i needed for the last 2 kits to be used. The new lash rods do not stick! Ive wasted a further £45 for 2 kits. Honestly I give up. The whole business model at this point seems like a scam to get you hooked in the beginning. I absolutely will not be bothering again. An absolute waste of hard earned money!

PLEASE DONT ORDER IF YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY. The product never came after 2months , so i requested my money back ,after 1 month im still waiting.

I have the hair growth serum in my basket and they keep sending discount codes which don’t work. All a bit of a scam if you ask me

Paid for expedited shipping and took over 20 days and an email requesting a refund before it finally shipped and arrived to my house. When it got here I kept hitting the pump on the top and nothing was coming out of the bottle....another internet scam!

DO NOT BUY from these guys if in Australia!!! They pretend to be an Australian company and shipping from Aus, and if you pay extra it’ll come in two days. None of this is true. I ordered 12 days ago and still waiting for my package after paying express. I’ve sent at least 3 emails asking for updates and no responses. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not buy!!!!!!!!!!!

The product directions state the pump action will be difficult to get product to come out on the first use. 5 days into it and still an issue. 111 pumps to get two tiny squirts out! They have 30 day return policy. You need to email them and they want a video to process the request. Concealer 01 is really really dark.

It has been over 2 weeks and I still did not receive my order. This company is a scam. Customer service is very slow.

I placed an order with Luxe and not a second later I was told the product wouldn't work without an additional product. I ordered the product it recommended and not a second later I was told the products I purchased wouldn't work without a third product. And i want wo tell you this was all within 15 min. So I at that moment I told them to cancel the order all together. I then started getting emails about the product i purchased was not the correct products for my skin and age. Again I told them I canceled the order and wanted a full and complete refund. I kept getting emails from a representative talking about getting fired, ending lives and all kinds of nonsense. I have yet to receive a refund or products. But I do keep getting email after emails. They do not have a working phone number, the address that is given is not a correct address because orders are shipped from second and third parties. Luxe Cosmetics are a scam company taking advantage of people looking for products.

I thought it was a scam with all the bad reviews. People saying they didn’t receive the item, didn’t get a refund and have not been able to contact them. It is a bit sketchy on the website and you aren’t really given any tracking information and it doesn’t show your order as existing for a while. The website does also say you can’t cancel after an hour or so of ordering. It must be touch and go as to whether you get the lash lift kit or not. I got mine after just over a week of waiting. There’s no issues with the product and it works considerably well! I’ve only given 4 stars because of the tracking issues as it’s a bit scary reading everyone’s reviews about being scammed and then you don’t have a clue if you’re getting something or if you’ve been scammed. I would recommend them though to anyone wanting their products ☺️

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! This brand has been sending out promotional emails, staged as a suicide letter, telling customers about a “deal to die for” and it’s absolutely disgusting! Not only have they deleted their contact email so people can’t complain, but they are deleted every review or social media comment about this. Do not support Luxe Cosmetics. Apparently mental health is all a joke to them.

changed my mind . on the day I received , not opened . sent a email . got the usual email back . I give order number . Same email again , thats 5 weeks ago . ??? THEY DO NOT WANT TO TAKE RETURNS . They are are a SCAM . YOU CAN'T CHANGE YOUR MIND the item is still sitting in it's pkt . .

Great product been using for 3 months definitely made hair fuller and using add on shampoo.

So far it's been a positive experience.
Delivery is fast, I can not comment on the product working as I haven't been using it long enough.

The Luxe Hair Growth serum was used for 3 months as directed. It worked well, however there is an issue with the bottle/dropper. The dropper is not long enough to reach the bottom of the bottle. As the level of the serum in the bottle decreases, so does the amount of serum in the dropper. There is no line on the dropper for the prescribed amount of serum. The serum drawn is variable - 2-3 partial dropper amounts to make one full near the end, then unable to get all serum out of the bottle.

My hair is starting to grow in places that were thinning out.
