I would think twice about ordering from this business. I placed an order, they took my money, didn’t send the merchandise and would not reply to my emails. I used the SHOP app to make my purchase from Luxe Avenue. It’s very disappointing that this happened. I’ve never had this type of problem before while using the SHOP app.
Do not purchase anything from these lying, thieving scumbags? They also operate as ElleToronto. Your clothing will not match the picture, nobody will help you and nothing will be done. They’ll drag it out as if they’re helping or they’ll tell you that your order is actually correct. I hope their entire workforce ends up in the fiery depths of hell.
Honestly, this is bad. This company is still ELLE TORONTO. I have been in a running battle over my refund since the 17th of May. I spent 309 Canadian dollars. First- they are not Canadian, 2ndly they are a drop shipping company in China, 3rdly they will send you loopy AI emails... 4thly the clothes I finally got were verrrrrrrry substandard, not as advertised, poor quality. They were not even my size. I honestly have learnt my lesson- never trust the shops online. Go to the store. Still in talks with my bank for a reversal. PLEASE STAY AWAY FOR YOUR CASH SAKE
