Don’t use this company. I didn’t receive my order and have not been able to speak to anyone in the company either by email or phone. Complete scam as no way of getting the money refunded

I did not receive my order. I contacted the customer service and I am still waiting for a reply. Only sent the receipt number no order number, no way to track the order. Very bad. Non extistant customer service. Email address coming back unknown?

Disgraceful.
Ordered curtains and paid over £80 for them. Not received them and I paid for 2-5 day express courier.

Please do not order from this company you won't receive your goods.
Ordered cushions on the 30th December I still haven't received them.
Have been in touch with the company several times had no reply.

Paid for some cushions. Never received them. Tried emailing multiple times - just bounced back. Scam site! Reported to Report Fraud.

Unfortunately only saw this webpage after I made a purchase. Ordered at the end of November but did not receive the item. Have emailed twice but no response.

I ordered a bedding set 18th November. I haven't received it. I have telephoned, I have sent two emails, all of which have been ignored and unanswered.
I have no hope hope of receiving the goods I ordered.
I wouldn’t advise using this company.

I made an order and paid on 8th August 2025. I have not received my order. The email address does not exist and I don't believe this company exists either. It is a scam and total rip off.

As previous reviewers have said this company is a scam. Bought two rugs and after emailing several times no answer and no rugs. Tried them on Facebook as well no answer. Avoid at all costs.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this company but I was sent the link by a member of the family and thought it would be okay. My order hasn't arrived and the company are ignoring my emails. Total scam. Taking money and not sending the goods. AVOID

SAID THEY WOULD LOOK INTO IT 2ND OCTOBER, HEARD NOTHING BACK. ITS A SCAM. I MADE INVESTIGATION ABOUT LUXE, GOVERNMENT WEBSITE. NOTHING GOOD. FAILED COMPANY GOING UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES ETC

Scam beware!

This company previously liquidated under a different name (Elegance Boudoirs) with equally bad reviews.

If you comment on their Facebook posts, which update regularly, they are deleted. That’s why there are zero comments on all of them.

I messaged on Facebook, no response, until I commented. Then it was claimed they’d check the warehouse. Still nothing. There isn’t a warehouse, it’s a semi detached in Manchester.

Do not order from here, you will not receive goods. Now getting my credit card company to take the money back.

Made an order via VOSHIE, no communication received regarding my order. I contacted their customer service team, who promise to respond within 3 working days and they just ignored my email. I have contacted my bank account to dispute this payment as I don't feel like this is a legitimate website. I'm sharing my review to warn others about ordering via this website, wish I'd checked the reviews first! :)

Wouldn't give this company the time of day, Ordered a duvet set from them on the 30th of July after numerous phone calls, all of which went to voice mail got one reply to an email on the 13th of August to say they would look into the problem, since then I have not heard a thing in desperation I have contacted my credit card company to request a refund

Been waiting over 2 weeks no contact emails bounced back telephone not answered it’s a scam I think please beware

Ordered on 29th July, received a receipt for my order but then have heard nothing else from them despite emails and contacting them on Facebook messenger. I did comment on a Facebook post on their page over the weekend but it was then deleted so somebody is looking at the page? All I want is either an answer as to when I'll receive my goods or a refund if they cannot supply. I can't find a phone number to contact them, only email and Facebook.

Having great difficulty contacting this company emails bouncing back and telephone goes to answering machine my order is now over a month old not lookin good.
