I ordered online and paid in full from this company, however they cancelled my order without informing me why, I have tried numerous times to speak to find out why, no response, I've emailed several times and again I get no response. I've now emailed asking for my refund, nothing... again not a single line of communication from them other than cancelling my order.
They still have my money and I'm now having to pursue this through my bank to get my money back.
Stay well clear, don't pay unless you have protection.
Lucedecors... I have tried to resolve with you, please contact me at the very least or just refund my payment.

l bought a king size bed from this company. l must say the quality of the bed is superb, however things went down hill from delivery. delivery was to ground floor only and the parts were extremely heavy. l had to haul them upstairs on my own. the instructions for putting the bed together was so ridiculously poor. A blurred poorly photocopy picture was all that was sent. l had to turn to good old you tube to provide step by step guidance from an alternative source. lt took me the best part of a day and l ended up pulling a muscle as bed is heavy. now all put together, bed is beautiful and made of a good quality.
