I am living in israel and made two separate orders of three items in total back in October 2020
I finished my orders and made the payments...I also got the confirmation numbers to my purchases but nothing more than that(shipping information, tracking numbers).
I sent them a bunch of emails in different ways but sadly no reply’s.

I originally ordered a pair from here. I found out the product was being bought and upsold for a higher price from a different company. I went straight to the source and found the gloves from them for less than half Luxeel 's asking price. The worst part was the fact that Luxeel doesn't even sent the product. I disputed the payment from my bank to get a refund. After I was refunded a bought another pair from the original company. Very wrong way of conducting business. Please correct your ways and stop ripping customers off, and also start refunding their money. Many people are in the same boat as me, please look at Instagram comments and online reviews of this site. Very shady.
