Very low Quality Dresses I got 2 dresses for $85 and they were not even worth $10 ..do NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!

I hate to give bad reviews but this company does not respond to email I haven’t been able to contact them with a contact number ,I ordered a pair of shoes before looking at the reviews really wish I had but on my order form is my correct shoe size … why I get the shoes an their the wrong size!! TOO BIG … I’ve been emailing this company trying to be patient It took bout a week to get a return label I sent the shoes back & to still be out my order and my money So very disappointed with this company I feel like I’ve been scammed too, poor & terrible customer service,I don’t know what else to do I’m out my funds and my order… would not recommend this company to anyone

Boots are poorly made
fabric can clearly be seen
Did not cone in a box
Came floserd in a plastic bag
sole of boot is plastic Not rubber
insole is completely out of the boot

Do not buy from this Company. I didn't realise my shoes that I ordered were coming from China! Took long time to receive them, they were posted in a bag, no shoe box. The shoes are not accurate in sizing, I ordered 6.5 and they were too small. Really poor quality, wouldn't pay a £1 for them. Asked for details to return as no info/invoice in package. They asked why I was returning, so explained. Then they asked for pictures. Then they asked me to pay an extra £12.99 to send back and they give me a bigger size. Ignoring the fact I wasn't happy with the quality. They are still refusing to give me my money back. It is a complete scam.

Sent me the wrong sizes and will not reply to any of my emails or Instagram messages !

I paid for an item on NOVEMBER. They never sent it until FEBRUARY. When the item landed it got stopped by customs, they needed an invoice from the company to be able to send me the item. I asked Lux Fashion Source Team for just an invoice the first week of february. Now entering the third week I never receive the invoice, the item nor the money back. Of course, nobody from their side is answering my messages. It´s my worst ever experience buying luxury clothes online by a wide margin.

They robbed me and I never got my item. So ignorant aswell, they never replied to my messages. They are very manipulative and make you believe that their good people which is not the case. I’m honestly so disappointed and I’ve learned my lesson never to but anything on Instagram, Facebook,etc. DONT TRUST THEM!!!

DO NOT BUY. These people are unresponsive scammers and will not send your item. They use fake photos and will make excuses why your order hasn’t been completed and then will go silent. Horrible customer service and very over priced as well! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

I couldn’t wait to get the Chanel puzzle legging. I consulted with someone at the company to make sure I was ordering the right size. They are for small, medium or large. I ordered a large. They were on back order and several weeks later the order arrived and I couldn’t wait to open! They were actually sized Italian size. Size 40 to be exact. In Italy, a size 40 is a small to medium. Definitely on the smaller side. I went back-and-forth with the representative that these were not a large they were in fact a small. The representative kept insisting that they only sell small medium or large. I told them they should have the sizes listed as they are delivered. 34, 36, 38 & 40. The sizing on the leggings does not say large. In fact, it says made in Italy with Italian sizing. Make sure that you get exact measurements for their sizes before you order. Like everyone else, this company is using a no return policy and blaming COVID-19. It’s a shame, I was going to order so many more things from them. Not now.

Won a competition from this company on Instagram was a joint comp with another company called request exclusive. The prize was airmax from request exclusive and £200 to spend from either company. I had 2 pair of jeans from luxefashions which I'm pleased with. What I'm curious about is to how this page has the same address as request exclusive?? Also when I commented about this on there Instagram page my comment was removed. I believe that they are the same company
