Bought a Mercedes sprinter nudge bar from this company, the first one did not turn up apparently the courier broke it during transit, the second one did not fit the 2020 sprinter. I’ve returned it for a refund but I still haven’t had the money and the owner just doesn’t respond to emails. I’ve had to go through the small claims court to try to get the money back. Still waiting to find out if I get my refund make your own minds up but I wouldn’t buy anything from this place again.

Ordered item off their website, 5-7 days delivery. Never turned up at all. Never answer phone. Dozens of emaiks to them only 2 responses saying they will post. Never did arrive gave up eventually and contacted bank. Absolute theives

Found their product on eBay, where there was no suitable delivery options for me. Then viewd their web site and saw same product available with delivery to me.
Made a pruchase on 19th of Aug. Delivery was supposed to be made within 5-7 days.
About week later sent a message asking about delivery, was told that shortly they will look into it. After that no replies to e-mails - One sent on 27th of Aug, one on 9th of Sept.
Got some reply finally on eBay platform on 25th of Sept. Was told that new item will be sent next day.
When asking again on 3rd of Oct about progress and update, got another note about sending out next Monday. Same promise to send on Monday in reply to my question on 10th of Oct. No reply to a question send on 15th. 2 weeks passed by now. Still no product, and no update, when would I have one. In total passed over 2 months. Does not seem to be reliable seller.

Tried to buy parts off them.
One part turned up, when I enquired where my other items were, got a terrible ignorant message back, saying they would send them out.
That's the last I hear from them.
20 day's came and went, messaged, no answer rang, no answer.
Had enough, luckily perchesd with PayPal,
Opened a Grievance.
Strangely got my money's back within 4 minutes.
Tells you everything!.
Don't even consider using them, waste of time and effort.
Shouldn't be in business with services like that.
Do yourself a favour, avoid even going there.

Bought a front bonnet protector, arrived with a lot of small dents. poor quality. Asked for a replacement but they just kept asking questions and photos(which I supplied) but still wouldn't send a replacement.
