This company is a scam and they don't…

This company is a scam and they don't care about the customer at all. I purchased 3 items and they sent the wrong size. they informed me to re-order and they would send me details about returning the wrong size items for a full refund. re-ordered with expedited shipping in August and never got details for return and til this day still have not received expedited items. So I'm out almost $150.00! there last response to me after over 20 emails I sent there customer (don't care) service.

Took forever to get to me

Took forever to get to me. Didn’t fit well and was uncomfortable, asked to return and they said I couldn’t return, had been too long, only had the product for 3 days. Phony, don’t buy.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam! Should have read reviews ( not yours) before I bought clothes in Aug ( yes, Aug). I was able to EMail them when thry weren't delivered! E Mailed them ( with them responding each time ) Then they finally promised me full refund and it would take 7-15 days for bank to issue! Well, surprise, surprise, when I tried to EMail them today asking "where is refund" ? Daemon came back with "message undeliverable" and their domain is gone! BUT, THEY LISTED THEIR COMPANY AS LUXIERIA. I BELIEVE THEY ARE THE SAME CHINESE CO AS LUXELYRA. ALWAYS, ALWAYS CHECK ANY COMPANY ADVERTISING ON FACEBOOK BEFORE YOU BUY!

Absolute scam…

If there were zero stars I would rate them zero. The size chart is completely wrong, WAY too small. They have no return or exchange available, no matter what the site says. Their auto-generated replies to my countless attempts to complete a return were void of any help. They then demanded photos to support my claim that the items were incorrect and told me I would have to pay to return them. But they still provided no return information. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM.

If I could give less than this is would. Teri le product. Terrible return policy. They say they have an easy 14 day policy. I immediately asked for a return due to being uncomfortable and I’m allergic to polyester. They don’t list anywhere what it’s made of. Don’t order from them.

This company is not willing to work with their customers at all. I tried to exchange for one size larger, even offered to pay shipping, but they refused. So disappointed. I really would have liked to use their product, apparently their sizes run small and I understand that, but when a company refuses to even attempt to make a customer happy I would be leary

Scammers who don’t follow their own policies

I purchased some items for a birthday. I paid for rush shipping and processing. The birthday came and went with no update. I reached out to Marvin at LuxeLyra who informed me that he had no record of my purchase of rush shipping and processing. I showed him my receipt and he still said no. 2 months later the items arrived. I no longer needed them as the birthday was months ago. The items had been in transit greater than 21 days and were eligible for a return per LuxeLyra’s return policy at the time. LuxeLyra refused the return. So I guess I have now just made a donation to this garbage company. Nice scam!

Warning

It's a SCAM

I ordered two bodysuits and received dirty, ripped products in the wrong size. I contacted customer service the same day providing pictures of the garments received and they told me to wait while they reviewed my case. After a while I contacted them again asking for an update of the progress. They then responded that they were unable to process my request as the 14-day return window now had passed. I tried to explain that there must have been a misunderstanding but they kept claiming the return window had passed and refused to help.

I should have trusted my gut and not ordered anything from such an unserious company. Don't make the same mistake I did! Stay away from this defrauder!

Side note: Their advertised bodysuit with "strong targeted compression" is nothing but a thin, see-through top of very poor quality.

Poor sizing

I would just say that the sizing is off. I am small in everything and the small are very tight. I understand it's good for tummy control or whatever, but it creates bulge and lines. Very unflattering in waist and butt. I am quite thin, but I can't wear these under any tight dresses. Useless.

Complete SCAM

Complete SCAM! Took 30 days to get to me and arrived with no tags. The quality is very poor as well. When I went to return it they won’t take it because it didn’t have tags. THEY DIDNT PUT TAGS ON IT. And 30 days to arrive anywhere is not acceptable. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Complete crooks

Complete crooks. I ordered a medium told them they’d send an extra large. They asked for proof, I sent proof. Been chasing them since beginning of July to send out a medium. Today it got told it’s against their policy to send me a medium as I’ve received something even if extra large and not what ordered. Might not be worth the gamble!

I would say that, at best, that customer service is a couple of very overwhelmed people who no longer care. At worst, it's scam-my.

They initially sent me the wrong size.
The next 2 months involved a comedically frustrating email exchange. In hoping to initiate a return, they sent me BS email responses (i.e. vague, strangely-worded/translated, stock answers and void of any actual assistance), asking me for photos and other info that never got looked at, and ultimately a refusal to accept the return.
They were clearly engaging me in a time-killing tactic, and I continued to press them for a reason for the refusal.
In one day I received 2 different emails, giving 2 different reasons for not accepting my return, one being that it was now (you guessed it) outside their time window for returns.

This company is a TOTAL SCAM.
They pull the same scam on everyone. READ THEIR ONLINE REVIEWS!!
Ordered 3 for 1, medium, got a receipt for 1 xsmall. Tried canceling IMMEDIATELY and was told “As your order has already been completed and is currently in transit for delivery, we are unable to process a cancellation at this stage. Here's what we are going to do. Once you have received the item, you may request to return your order and send us an email. Please be informed that you have 14 days upon receiving the product to request refund”

Emailed them the day I received the item but no one would respond giving me a return address/refund instructions. This continued for….you guessed it…14 days (I emailed them 7 times during that period asking how to return the item). Then they said it had been over 14 days so no refund could be given.
It’s total fraud-report then to BBB and Instagram!!
Look at the reviews m-they all are almost the same because this company is running the same scam on everyone.
