Never received order of body lotion musk water body spray

Ordered Prachin and Cambodi oud from their higher end collection! They delivered very low grade super animalic stuff! I am used to many ouds and what they have provided is not high grade oud! Lost trust in this company!

scamsters Andrew GALAVAN and STEPHEN DIXON who promised delivery for past3 -4 years inspite of calls,whatsapps,emails and suddenly website,email all gone missing.they sentinitially document confirming ownership but then they disappeared.I dont know how to proceed as all money transferred to them.PLZ BEWARE OF THIS SHAM COMPANY AND SCAMSTERS

Made payment, still waiting for my products and not been delivered.
Its been 3 weeks, no tracking details supplied, no communication.
Contacted them via Email , WhatsApp only to be told the item is on its way ,very unprofessional, annoying and frustrating.
If the owner Andrew is reading this, I expect a full refund into my account ASAP as further action will be taken by the law if you decide not to reimburse me , I will not hesitate to take you to the cleaners.
Everyone Save your money and the headache, plenty of more reliable suppliers out there !!!

I PURCHASED SOME PURE OUD OILS AND THE ITEMS WHERE NEVER SENT. I CONTACTED THEM ON 6 OCCASIONS VIA EMAIL, WHATSAPP AND WAS TOLD THEY WILL SEND ME A REFUND , 1 MONTH ON AND IM STILL WAITING. THEY DONT HAVE A CARE IN THE WORLD FOR THE CUSTOMERS AND ARE A COMPLETE JOKE. I HAVE NOW COME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT I WONT SEE MY MONEY AS I PAID BY BANK TRANSFER. THE MATTER HAS NOW BEEN REPORTED TO ACTION FRAUD UK ASWELL AS THE POLICE WHO WILL BE INVESTIGATING THEM , AFTER READING OTHER REVIEWS ON TRUSTPILOT , OTHER CUSTOMERS HAVE EXPERIENCED THE SAME APPALLING SERVICE . THEY HAVE TAKEN MONEY AND NOT SENT THE GOODS AND IN MY EYES THIS IS THEFT. TO THE OWNER ANDREW GALAVAN YOUR A COMPLETE JOKE , LIAR AND A CHEAT.
KARMA WILL CATCH UP WITH EVENTUALLY.

Timely delivery was problem and took much more than expected delivery time while the owner responded everytime with the new dates. Secondly, items that committed over email was not delivered, however owner sent me oud oil as a gift that i consider bit valuable despite of all this bad experience.
Regarding quality, i would say quality is good but bit expensive than other competitors with the same and upgraded quality. Have mixed feelings

It was literally a very bad experience with product delivery and shipping. Multiple e-mails back and forth with LuxeOud and then promises of shipping it the next day. It was really a bad experience. Initially, expedited shipping was promised but product itself was shipped after almost 1 month of purchase. Even the content were not as promised.

This is my second order from luxeoud,first order took 1month to arrive I was promised will not happen again so gave them 2nd chance and ordered again, its same story I was told my oils are ready to ship but after I made payment no answer or update of delivery horrible experience with this shop will never buy from them .
This isn't about refund I was told my oils are ready to ship even when I call Stephen he told me my oils will be shipped today so everything was jus lie.

I've made a few purchases over the last 8 months from luxe oud and have been overwhelmed by the integrity of the oils I've received. Quality is the word to be used for all the ouds I have purchased. Im not one for big adjectives to explain the little nuances and complexity of a fragrance, but rest assured they are magnificent and all stand out as superb quality, There are a few oud dealers that are high class and been around for a long time and I am familiar with them and own quite a few. Luxe oud have become top drawer and if you really want something then you need to explore their ouds and blends. Please do give them a try as you will not be disappointed

Beautifully and securely packaged. The oud oil smells beautiful and i absolutely love the bottles they are supplied in.

There was slight delay with shipping but no fault of the company as it was outside of their control. I was informed too the business service running back to normal now

The communication was excellent and i even recieved a extra 1ml sample of oud as a kind gesture. A Beautiful shop with some most beautiful ouds i have smelt. Highly recommend and will make more purchases in the future

I ordered a 3ml oud and it took for ever even being told it will be posted.

Good range of oud oils; packaging is excellent; bottles give a real sense of added value and commitment to providing a high quality product. Recommended!

Update:
I had received a notification that my order was delivered, however, I have still not received my package in hand. It apears that someone else signed for it, but I have spoken to the couriers in my area several times about making sure I alone am the person to receive my parcels and now it's no where to be found. Packages go missing in this area quite frequently and while a representative has reached out to me, LuxeOud is not helping with this situation as well as I would have hoped. This is my first experience with this company and I'm very disappointed that all of the good reviews I've read are unfounded in my case.

The best oud oil i have used till date. I used to buy cambodi or thailand oils only due to bad experience of indian oud from other sellers. Ahom supreme changed my view on Indian oils completely as it become so sweet and beautiful after 1-2 hours of application with 6-7 hours longevity on my skin. Will recommend this to anyone who wants a great quality oil at a very reasonable price point.

Beyond my expectations. Product shipped quickly and arrived in a timley manner. The product was mindfully package with great care. As for the oud... WOW... The first time I applied the Borneo it was like heaven in a bottle. Long lasting and subtle with a unique intensity of Savory Vanilla that finishes with a smokey overtone that captures the essance of Borneo.

Genuine products with lasting real oud essence put together in style and close to perfection.
Have tried Oud oils throughout the world and so far they seem to be upfront in terms of quality and service.
Happy to continue using their products the way standards are maintained.
