Ordered a gift for my aunt

Ordered a gift for my aunt, the gift was delivered broken. Tried to contact customer service, they dont respond. Have been trying for months. This is a scam!!!

We had not seen your previous messages. After reading your review, we immediately searched for your order and finally found your email in our spam folder. We have replied to you by email today.

To resolve this quickly, please send us the requested information by return email (order number, photos of the damaged gift, etc.). As soon as we receive these details, we will send a new bouquet to your aunt, along with a complimentary gift as an apology for the inconvenience.

Please note that deliveries are handled by external courier companies (such as Chronopost, Colissimo or Mondial Relay), so we, unfortunately, cannot control how they handle the parcels. However, whenever a package arrives damaged, we always replace it.

We sincerely apologize for this situation and are now waiting for your reply to the email we sent today so that we can fully resolve this issue for you.
