After ordering 3 lights, they arrive with imperfections. Not desired for the money paid. £206.00. We tried calling and calling, we tried the email NOTHING.
This company are a third party using Chinese goods as if they are their own WITH NO RETURNS. This is a rip off third party seller and not a good one.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If Not You Will Regret it.

Hearing amplifiers did not fit asked if I could return them which I did have only had half the money back !
have sent loads of emails but they have stopped replying to me . DO NOT BUY .

Do not buy!!I stupidly paid stupid price,they worked for a few hours then wouldn't charge,I contacted their customer service and to be fair they sent me another pair but that also worked until they needed charging then nothing,save your money and go to hearing clinic

I am still waiting for a update from Luxevil regarding my hearing aids purchased 8days ago.they were expensive to me a pensioner .please give me usefully information relating to when they will arrive.

I ordered an hearing aid on 9th Sept which took some time coming. On receipt I found it to be very poor quality. After reading instructions, I tried using it but it made a terrible high frequency noise which hurt my ears. Losing trust and afraid of damaging my hearing, I wrote to the company on 3rd October asking for a full refund as the product was not fit for purpose. The company came back and advised me I would need to return it at my own cost, or I could keep it and they would refund me 40% of the value. I responded by saying that the cheapest cost for returning the product to China was £19.74 and that I didn't feel it was right. as a customer, that I should have to pay for this when the fault was theirs. I also pointed out that retaining the ear piece which was not fit for purpose, for them to reimburse me 40% of the value was totally unacceptable, asking for a full refund. I did not receive a response. I have wrote to the company again twice and have not yet received a response. Bearing this experience in mind, I would strongly advise customers not to buy from this company as the product and their practice is totally unreliable. Basically it was £49.99 down the drain!

I had an excellent service from this company. The hearing aids I ordered did not fit my small ear canal. I messaged this company and Jade most kindly said it was not a problem and sent me a smaller pair at no extra cost which arrived very quickly

Surprisingly great customer service

I purchased a single hearing aid SR1 in April 2004 but due to health reason was not at home to use it. In due course I discovered it was faulty and contacted on 1st October Luxevil to request assistance to resolve the issue.
I was surprised when Jade replied the same day and promised a replacement. 10 days after I was surprised to receive 2 new hearing aids. The service is second to none and nothing like the terrible experience with Chinese companies from customers in UK.
Yes Luxevil is an exception and I will recommend this company who will respond to their customers.

This company is not much better than fancy scamers, 100% money back guarantee quoted on the website, as long as you pay postage back to China, even though they stated based in the UK!
Stay well away if you don't want to get ripped off. I would give 0 stars if that was possible.

Order the hearing aids, worked for 2 days then died, 30 day trial is a scam as the company ignores any request to return the product.....STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CON ARTISTS!

Ordered a pair of rechargeable hearing aids which were delivered a week later, even though it was over the Christmas period. When they arrived unfortunately they were too big to fit in my ears so I contacted them to advise this and ask how to return them. They replied with a photo of smaller ones and asked if I wanted to try them, which I did. These arrived quite quickly again and thankfully they fit, although they are battery powered and not rechargeable. I emailed to ask how to make payment and they have generously said there is no need for a payment, because what truly matters is that they have satisfied me. Fabulous customer service

I know I was a bit impatient about receiving my two hearing aids which I thought I was only going to receive one at a time.
But I was informed by Jade that there was going to be a pair of them and ihad got them only last Saturday via post, had a bit of trouble a first tring to do via the book that helped you.

I ordered a pair of hearing aids earlier this year, and emailed them quite a few times and i am still waiting 6 months later

The website details state they are based in the UK, but they are in China. If you're reading this while waiting to receive goods then I'm sorry to say that you won't get them quickly at all. Not only will I get my item later than when I needed it for, but to return it I'll have to send it to China which will cost almost as much as the item itself. I feel like an idiot for buying from them and recommend you avoid.

Also - the positive reviews on Trustpilot seem very suspicious and fake.

I purchased a pair of behind the ear hearing aids in August 2023, Unfortunately the little plastic part that I presumes is to hold the dome in the ear canal broke off. I contacted the company by email, and received a response next day. Informing me that 30 day warranty was up but a replacement pair of identical hearing aids would be sent out at no cost. Replacements arrived in a couple days
Surprised and over the moon to receive that sort of customer services. I am unable to compare the hearing aids with other brands but they work me.

Ordered one hearing aid which eventually arrived but didn't work at all, tried to e mail several times with no response and the mobile number provided on there website never gets answered, I'm not even convinced it's a genuine eail address as it just ends .co ,no UK or .com or anything else! Avoid unless your happy to throw your hard earned money to a scam Chinese company

If I could leave a minus number I would, dreadful customer service and product! The product was faulty and this company will not refund!! Really poor quality product and service when trying to discuss the faults to get a refund. Do not buy from this company, unless you want a faulty product and a headache!!!

Delivery took around 7 weeks.
The item was a gift and I’ve recently found out it only lasted a few days before breaking.
4 in 1 charger for apple phone, watch etc!
