Never received my order order from almost 2 months ago. Every time I call or a text they don’t answer I want a refund

I made a purchase for my son in law and decided to check the reviews. Seen a lot not good. Seen some said rings are not all lab grown but partially Mossanite. We wanted lab grown. Check Luxe site read through the small print and yes the are mossanite. Same day tried to cancel with Affirm the said I had to cancel with Luxe. Called Luxe I can’t even count how many times no one ever answers ever. Tried their online chat nothing message you send just sits there. So Luxe how do you or how can you cancel a order. I never even received my email confirmation of my order.
Does anyone have this Brandon I hear of contact information phone and email? I did get my money back from Affirm, apparently they could not reach anyone either. There are multiple complaints from people not getting what they ordered on Instagram.

Worst company ever . I bought a ring and I have not received it. I email it I called I Facebook I instagram and no response nothing. This company is the worst ever don’t buy anything from them. They just take your money and no merchandise please beware

Brandon is the absolute best!!!! The experience was great with super fast shipping. I was leaving a week before I ordered it. Brandon guaranteed me it would arrive before I left. It arrived and it was exactly what I ordered. My fiancé receives so many compliments Thanks for the great customer service I will be a repeat customer. Well I did receive the ring and I asked for a appraisal brandon told me he would get it done I waited 3 weeks than contacted them again asking update no response I wait 2 more weeks and contact them agian no response so I told them I would contact the credit card company and than I get a response saying there very busy I would have the appraisal done in a week so I waited 2 weeks and contacted then once Again and guess what no response it's been 1 month now I contact them every other day and no response so my advice to you I would be leery about giving these people 5k when they can't even respond to me he has the Kardashians on his site but I highly doubt they would sponsor a business like this I know they don't want bad reviews on there name .. do your research before buying from this company.. its a shame Brandon can't just take care of me. He's must be worried the ring he sold is not worth anything looks like I will be taking this to a jeweler to see if I got scammed..

I have emailed numerous times about the progress of my order , no response!! I tried calling, but the mail box is full! I ordered the ring almost a month ago and they will not email back. It will be a month since i created the order and if I don’t hear anything by Tues, may 2 2023 I’m canceling payment. Very unfortunate and unacceptable customer service!

RUN! They are a horrible company with crap customer service! It seems like the "owner" Brandon handles all CS issues and getting him to respond is a job in itself IF he ever does. There is absolutely no accountability on their part and will not help you if anything is wrong. Also the jewelry is CRAP. It will turn green. It is not real in any way.
For the prices it should not turn green! I ordered from them last May didn't get it till a month later and it was wrong, sent it back and it was wrong again plus turned green after wearing it once. Had to fight with them for 2 months to send it back again. Then they kept my item and I didn't get it back until Jan 2023 and within a week it is green! I have emailed, called, texted contacted them on social media and NOTHING. He won't even respond to me. I'm getting my bank and lawyers involved.

In response to the business reply: that is a LIE! You never said you didn’t recommend it or explained that there would be issues. I have every single piece of correspondence with you with your 1 worded replies. Please stop trying to bring this professional front on these business pages when in reality your customer service skills are non existent. Plating can easily be done without tarnishing and turning green, there are plenty of businesses that do it. Legit businesses that actually care about the quality of the products they are providing and not just trying to scam someone by selling them a $100 chain from Ali express for $2,500. As a business owner I would much rather offer some sort of solution for the customer, meet them in the middle atleast. But to blame the customer for your poor quality work .. shame on you, you just keep showing everyone how much of a poor business you truly are. If I wanted something you insist you told me was going to turn green and tarnish why wouldn’t I just go order it from Amazon for $40?! When someone is spending 2 thousand dollars you are spending with the understanding of receiving a quality product that’s going to last for years, not days. Your lies don’t even make sense now. Karma will catch up with you sooner than later!

The most untrustworthy brand. Got my ring after 1 month of ordering. Box says china and no certificate. Plus unreliable manager. Try to return many times and no contact from them and and manager offered me for little discount but no even discounts plus he’s voicemail always full. So before purchasing those fake diamond please be careful

Order process was a breeze. We were always up-to-date where the making and shipping of the ring were standing. Affirm had a little trouble approving me for financing in the beginning— but other than that, it was a perfect experience.

I've been wanting a nice white gold braclet for the longest time. My husband found a beautiful one for me with Luxe. It is elegant. Sparkles brightly and it is the type of piece that is as lovely in after 5 wear as it is with jeans and a tee shirt. I just love this piece and this business has been very pleasant to deal with. I feel that they really care about their customers.

They have 4 carat sizes to chose from , so it’s simple comes down to cut you want and the shade of 18k gold you want.They have great reps here who are patient and not pushy, which is rare among jewellers.
