I bought a few and the plunger doesnt pull back very well to get a decent suction to check to see if you may have hit an artery while administer bolus technique on cheek chin jaw etc .
Also in lips 💋

Disgraceful customer service. I’ve been ordering with luxfill for almost 2 years now. I was passed pillar to post between customer service and DPD. Items came 1 week late! No apologies and no refund for next day delivery (that was all that was asked) Definitely need a whole new customer service team who are trained and don’t tell people how to run their business over emails. Absolutely ridiculous shocking behaviour. Looking for a new provider

Extremely happy with the Luxfill dermal filler range. It was recommended to me by another practitioner and during the summer sale I thought I would try. I was using Regenovue at the time and I find Luxfill to fill so much smoother than the other brand - so I stocked up whilst it was on offer!

I have tried and tested a lot of filler brands and luxfill is by far the best yet!! So smooth and easy to work with! Will never use anything else now! 10/10

I have been practicing aesthetics for 6 years and tried many different brands of fillers. Luxfil is my favourite by far it’s super soft and gives amazing results!

I use Luxfill over 3 years. I ordered Deep and fine was delivered. We contacted Luxfill via Chat and the Advisor was very rude and also had no knowledge about the Fillers. We were not offered any compensation ( eg free postage to order deep) or a little discount despite the Fact we had to cancel Clients as we did not have the right Filler. His Answer- just use the fine..he eventually offered us to return the Fine but not an exchange either. I bad to reorder and pay full postage again. We will be looking to change brands. Extremely disappointed.
