The clippers look very nice but they are dangerous. I have used them three times on toenails and drawn blood each time. I am now wanting a refund but the email address does not work.
In their reply to this review the Company apologised for giving out an incorrect email address and gave me a slightly different one. It does not work either so I still have no way of contacting them!

Ordered goods on April 13th 2024, as of today 8th May 2024 I’ve still not received them. They are not responding to any of my attempts to contact them. Tried several times. Starting to feel like I have been scammed. Maybe they will respond to my Trustpilot review???

I Orderd on 3-12-23 with ordernr 1079.
It shows as getting ready to sent. Status does not change.
I emailed 2 times to an outlook adres and als to nelora.nl, the last one returns an error!

I ordered these a few week ago. They do take a while to be delivered from China but turns out they were worth the wait. 2 sets arrived in a small metal box- one silver coloured and one black. I have tried one set and my husband the other. They work very well and I am more than happy with my purchase

I have just received my luxgrip scissors they are well presented not over the top packaging,like a lot of items.And basically what is in the tin is what you you receive very well made.Very happy customer.

Just bought the Luxgrip nail clippers (actually got 2 on a bogof deal). These are the best clippers I have ever used. Wide opening suitable for all nail thicknesses and super sharp. Look classy too although they will only be seen by me. Great purchase

It's a very good clipper, nice and sharp with wide opening jaws, great for thick toenails. Getting 2 was good also.

I ordered the nail clippers from them(buy one, get one free) and received a confirmation from them. They deducted the payment from my account. They have since sent 2 emails saying I need to complete my order so they can send the goods (a separate email says already shipped). The worrying thing is that the email address given for queries does not exist!

I bought these as a gift for my brother. When they arrived the tin was so badly dented that I could not possibly give it as a gift. Two emails and a website message have been totally ignored. Luxgrip just want your money, once they receive it they totally ignore you. A cowboy outfit.

Great toe clippers, easy to use, very sharp and work with ease on thick nails. Company website easy to navigate and purchasing process straight forward.

Brilliant nail clippers ...precision tools . Not like any others I have bought . Very very good, sharp, easy to use and come in a lovely compact case with a nail file .

Receiving the quality product that was promised made the experience worthwhile. It's promoted as German technology, sold on a .co.uk website - all seemed fine. Then I'm informed it's been despatched - from China. Straight away I thought ' That's my money gone '. But, the tracker kept updating, and they turned up after 12 days. They are as described (one free too), great quality, very sharp, good size - especially for big hands.
Unfortunately I think that there is too much bad press and bad experiences with people receiving inferior products, that anything coming from China is expected to be rubbish. Well that's obviously not the case, just do some sensible research and you will be fine.
Thanks for a great product - it's so hard to find a decent set of nail clippers in the usual shops.

After waiting nearly 2 weeks I finally received my nail clippers today. I take great pride in my nails, so I wanted a premium pair of nail clippers.
