sent for the leggings and now i have them under investigation so i can have my money back.

My Order #17499 was made on line on Feb 14. It was a gift from my boyfriend. Never got it. There has to be something we all can do. They need to pay us back our hard working money!

I am livid!! I placed an order on Jan. 23rd for winter leggings and have not received even though I paid 43.86 USD. This should not be happening to people under any circumstances. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to be throwing money away. What can be done is the question??

Same with all others here I ordered Nov.4 never left from paid. Can't get answers and website down now. It's definitely a scam.

I ordered Warm Winter Leggings with 60US dollars on the 10th of February 2021. I sent them 3 emails to update me or to confirm my order delivery date, but I got no answer. I am really pissed off. Get the customer's money back!!!

As with everyone else here, they took my money and I received nothing. They never responded to my email and now it seems that they took down the website. I'll never buy from anyone that doesn't accept PayPal again.

Ordered a pair on January 7, 2021 and not received them.

Placed a order on December 31. Here it is the end of February still no response. They got there money , but no package. Shame on Facebook for letting them place stuff on there site. Very disappointed

Ordered Jan 5th, I got a message confirming my order, since then absolutely nothing despite several emails from me. So cross!

I ordered from them on January 2, 202. They sent an email confirming my order, but they NEVER sent tracking number & when I emailed them about not receiving my order, I got an automated response & no response after that for my 3 other emails.
DON'T BUY FROM THEM IT'S A SCAM!

I ordered on 29 December and haven't received anything nor any notice about a delivery. I've asked for my money back and there's been no reply. I just wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I'd be interested to know if ANYBODY reading these reviews has received either goods or money back from this 'company'.

I ordered a product on July 17th, 2020 and have sent several emails to the only contact available for this scam company. I have not received my order, nor have I received any response to my emails. I wish I had done my research prior to making my purchase and will definitely be doing so going forward with online purchases. Very disappointed and frustrated with this fraud.

Scam.. placed order 6 weeks ago and still not received. No response to emails asking for update or emails asking refund.

I ordered Ultral Warming Leggins on January 1st and my Order Number is #12852, they took my Money and it’s now been 6wks, and still, No Leggings at all. They are a Big Scam, I’ve emailed them 7 times, and No Response from them. They take your Money and you don’t get what you Ordered. So take my word, Don’t Order anything from them Period!!! Now I have to call my Bank to try and get my Money back from them!!!

I ordered in November. I have a tracking number. I have also sent several emails requesting reasons for failure to provide paid for products. It was suggested to contact banks or payment agency and have them investigated for fraud.

Disgusting customer service. Placed an order 14th January, order has not been received. Tracking is useless. Several emails to them remain unanswered. Would never buy from them again.

I placed an order for their insulated leggings a week and a half before christmas for my wife. Didn't really expect it to make it before the holiday but was hopeful. I have still yet to receive the merchandise and have sent several email replies with my order number, yet to receive a response. Granted that's the only way they offer for response.
