I booked it on my credit card and the costs were coming out of my bank 30 days before the booking date. When I wasn't charged I contacted luxlivin.co.uk. They informed me that my booking had been cancelled 3 months prior because they had lost the contract on the apartment. I was informed that I would have received an email informing me, but I didn't.
