I Wish Mine Still Worked
My husband ordered the device for me in late November 2025. Got it 3rd week almost 4th week of December and decided to give it to me as a Christmas gift in stead of giving it to me early.
It made my hair soft, I could finally brush through it without being snagged by the brush.
Until it died and its been dead since. One use and no longer chargeable. It will not charge, even bought a lower voltage charger for the split end trimmer and nothing.
Finally getting a response for a customer service email, I was told to do a video to see if it was user error. User error to charge it? Its a type C charger port, my phone has that port, that's not user error.
By the time someone responded to me, its over 30 days which they say 30 day money back guarantee, so at this point, them knowing the device won't charge, they will not take it back and exchange it for a working, chargeable one.

I like the idea but it does cut off too much
I like the idea and the product but it does seem to take more of the hair than I want. I tested several individual strands and it was cutting between a 1/4 inch to a full inch. Then on other strands it wasn't even cutting the split and off and took three or four passes to get it to cut it off. It seemed very inconsistent. It is also fairly loud and there isn't a separate button to turn it on, it is just on when you unlock it from the closed position. It does work but I don't believe that it is only taking the split ends off as when I tested ones that didn't have split ends, it still cut quite a bit off them.

I got this for me and now it won't work! I saw the ads on social media and I was so excited to get it. I ordered with her permission of course. I couldn't wait to get it. I got it yesterday in the mail which was a surprise. I opened it up, charged it and I started to use it on my daughter. Got almost half way through her hair and quit working on me! I thought maybe the battery got hot so I turned it off let it rest some and tried it again. But nothing! I put it back on the charger and took it off and now it won't work at all! I never got a chance to use it for myself as that was the original plan to begin with. But I wanted to learn how to use it first. So, I started off with my daughter. Now, I can't use for myself at all! I tried contacting through email and even on social media and no response. Now, I'm checking to see what others have said about this product to see if they've had the same issues. And it seems like many others have had the same problem. I also didn't get a instructions booklet with this either. I also have issues with customer service not responding. I waited 3 weeks for thing to come in and paid $49 for it, only for it work once and stop working. Now, I'm stuck with something that'll never get to use. And as far as the return goes..well I'm not paying for this thing to be shipped back to China! $49 is a complete waste of money for a worthless piece of crap that won't even work! I'm not happy at all!

Impressive!
I just tried my split end trimmer for the first time. WOW! I knew I had a lot of split ends because of not getting regular trims. The trimmer got them all! I couldn’t believe how much hair was in the tray. I like that a little brush comes with the product to clean the trimmer after use. I will definitely recommend this product to others.

Lost 5 inches of healthy hair
Edit: The first time I used it I had done one small section, as I was not planning to do all my hair yet but wanted to leave a review. Today I decided to do all my hair and I will be throwing this device in the garbage. I sectioned my hair, small sections and combed the section with a fine tooth comb right before using the device so there was no where for the device to snag or get caught. The device on 2 of the small sections cut off 5 inches of hair. Will not be using this ever again.
Original: Works well, trims the ends of my hair. Definitely helps me get the ends of my hair that are shorter than most of my hair. Obviously, there’s no way for this thing to actually tell a split end from a non-split end so it cuts each hair, but that just means it’s good for an overall trim. I measured it, it takes about half an inch off each time you go through your hair with it.

I Was Skeptical… But It Works
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this actually works. It looks like a straightener, but it trims your split ends without cutting your length, which is exactly what I needed.
My hair feels softer, looks healthier, and way less frizzy after just one use. It’s really easy to use and didn’t pull my hair at all.
Definitely worth it if you’re trying to keep your hair looking fresh without constant salon visits

Lifesaver for us Curly Haired Girlies
I have long, curly and very unruly hair. Even when doing dry trims, I usually lose almost 4 inches every time and going to get haircuts can be really stressful because of stylists not being able to cut curly hair and still keep its shape. I ordered this because I was tired of getting haircuts and then finding a bunch of not-so-hidden split ends that were causing my hair to get dry, puffy, and feel like straw.
Used it on my semi-straightened hair and immediately noticed fewer fly-aways, smoother texture and softer hair overall. I followed it with a deep conditioning treatment and now my curls are a lot more "romantic whimsical priestess" and less "evil witch who lives in the woods".

A first I was skeptical since I have long hair and slightly damage hair from bleach but I have read good reviews on it and decided to give it a go. I started off with a small piece to reassure that my hair wasn’t going to be chopped off from there I continued on to finish and to my surprised it got most of my split ends which I’m satisfied with leaving my hair smooth this is something I would do every 3 months for my hair to maintain the split ends from bleaching and flat ironing my hair. Overall I’m happy with the product.
