We ordered seat covers for our vw troc. Didn't fit. Have tried to contact company several times to arrange refund/return but no response. I wouldn't order from here again

My seat covers are impossible to put on my car. There’s no way to get under the seat to fasten the clips. Have messaged several times for a refund but as yet no response! Not happy!

If there was any rating less then a 1 Lux Scrubs would get it ! I placed a good size order May 2024, and have received 2 tops and absolutely nothing else . When the owner replied to my emails she flat out lied to me telling me my uniforms were sent out then after a week or two when I would not receive anything then she would tell me how her material was held up at the border etc, etc, etc …. Now she no longer even responds to me and now almost 14 months later and $300 down I still have absolutely nothing to show for it …. I advise anyone who values their hard earned money to avoid this young lady and her business … I’ll pay the extra $50 and actually receive my uniforms from Figs !!!

The worst service you could ever imagine if it your internet goes down it can be 3 to 5 days for them to get a tech to fix it stay far away from this internet service

My shoe size 5 which is size 38, you sent me size 36 It doesn't fit my feet. I want you to send me a return label for me to send you back.

Shoes didn’t fit, tried emailing them many times, no response. They are scammers.

Do not buy from them! Products are not as shown. Sizing is way off and there essentially is no return policy. Don’t get ripped off like

I wish I've read the reviews first it's a complete scam they sent me a size 4 for a size 6 I'm just going to Donate to the local hospice store and notch this one up to experience

I am not happy with these shoes that arrived. they are not comfortable. I should have read the reviews. This site is a scam. It is too expensive to return the item to china--yes china--and they will not guarantee money back. complete scam. Pretty pissed off

I ordered two pairs of shoes, only 1 pair arrived, they are not as advertised and do not even fit the measurements provided online. And offered to refund me 10% of my order or pay $$$$ to return!!
Huge scam! Terrible customer service. I got caught again from another fake sales site, and this is my lesson to learn.
Please don't make the same mistake as me!!

Do not order from this company. Their return policy is terrible and fraudulent. Advertising features are inaccurate, shoes are very poor quality.

This is a company that also called themselves Veloura Vancouver.
If for any reason you need to return, they want it sent to Hong Kong with tracking number thru Canada Post is expensive. I bought a jacket for $89.95 CAD to send back is $65.68...you are basically throwing your money away....scam

Ordered a sweater that looked like a knit pattern. It came, it's printed on the cheapest fabric I have ever seen. Return needs to be sent to China not Toronto. I can keep it and get 10% and gift the item. It's garbage, no one would wear it. Stat away from Lusx!!!

Replay TV absolutely sucks. Freezes, glitches etc.

The music is alright, but some members of the staff are just unpleasant, they’ll call the security for the smallest thing and the security is straight up homofobic, racist and chauvinistic. Kicking people out because of what they’re wearing being too femme and they’ll overcharge if you’re not white enough and foreign.

Paid over the odds for product that didn’t match, no way of contacting to get a refund. Email doesn’t work. Going through the bank now to try and claw the money back.
They need to be shut down asap.
Do not buy anything there.

No Stars - been waiting for goods to be despatched. Emailed address on their web page bounced back.

I've gotten several pairs of shoes from here. They were of more than great quality. They were just like the photos, it does take a while with shipping but yiu get quality products and everything that would be included when purchasing said items from the main retailer. Great products.

Do not buy from this company. Their merchandise is cheap and tacky. I sent an item back that I’d bought over Christmas because it was such poor quality and never got a refund.
Really do not understand how these companies are still allowed to trade ripping so many people off
