My brother-in-law got us Luxor Limo recently and the service was outstanding. The car arrived on time and the ride was smooth and comfortable.
Highly recommended!

A group of 14 ladies took a trip to NY from DE renting a Sprinter. The going to NY driver Mark was the greatest. I greatly appreciated the way he treated us. However, the trip for NY to DE was the worse ever. We had a rude driver by the name of Hussein. He attempted to kick us off the bus. He was texting while driving us. When someone went to record him he quickly put the phone down. He refused to drive us back to DE. We had to wait 2 hours for another driver to pick us up. We received no apologies from this company.

These people billed me for a ride I never took.
When told about it, they said they would never return the $118.
I killed the payment with my Chase Card and filed a complaint with the NYC Taxi and Limo Commission. It's gonna cost Luxor a whole lot more money to fight Chase and defend themselves against the NYTLC charges than they will ever get from their rip off.
If they would do it to me , they will do it to you.

I have used this company two different times for two different visits going from JFK Airport into Manhattan. It has always been an excellent experience. very excellent drivers they have always provided water and good conversation very friendly drivers. cars are clean and neat and they're always here on a timely manner in fact they are usually always early. I have used another car company the first time I came to New York ( which by the way we're late and totally forgot that they were supposed to pick us up at the airport ) and Luxor is competitively priced but you get a better ride with them.

My ride was nice, the car fantastic and the driver very courteous. However i requested curbside pickup. My flight got in early and my driver was not there when i arrived. I expected my flight to be tracked so there was no waiting. Then when my driver appeared i had to walk to the car across the street, up the stairs and through a parking lit. That is not curb side. Despite the rocky start, it was pleasant. I would use the service again

Our driver(Dimitri) was quite pleasant and took us everywhere we wanted to go and was professional at all times. Ride was nice(Lincoln MKZ). Would use again

Actually, I was not supe rhappy: after finding it complicated to find the driver (who was very nice), my family was waiting at customs and the driver had to wait several minutes longer. I was then charged without my knowledge another 100 bucks... 1 day later. This was not cool and I wished that a representative would have spoken to me first.

The driver logged in and knew my correct flight time arrival even wen I posted the wrong time due to day light savings. I didn’t have to wait due to my own mistake the driver was there and ready wen we landed and wen I came out he was quick to get us out the cold and on our way. Even tho I gave them five stars for service and effeciency, the car could have been a bit updated for the price. Other than that I was happy with the experience.
