Scammers!!

Scammers!!! I was charged 89 SEK a month for 4 years without knowing. Very fishy business model scamming people into monthly subscription without even knowing.
I complained to them, and got automated answer back. I bought some products once and never even went back to their dodgy website after that.
Stay away from those thieves.

It is stated in several places on Luxplus.se that the membership prices are only for members and that one becomes a member when purchasing products for membership prices. It is stated for example on the starting page, next to every product, under the section “subscription” and “terms”. As a customer you actively have to choose whether you want to buy a product for membership price or normal price. Under the membership price we inform that you start a membership when you purchase a product for a membership price. A membership is also added to your shopping cart when you purchase products for membership prices for the first time. Furthermore, you have received a confirmation to your email with information about your membership when you placed your first order.

I am sorry if you have not seen this and misunderstood our concept.

Do not order any fragile items

Do not order any fragile items, unfortunately they will break (happened twice). Sad that this company doesn't invest a bit more in securing fragile items. Otherwise pretty decent offer of products in affordable price range, and quick delivery.

Two items in this shopping have quality problems

Firstly, the pump of the eye cream cannot work, I pressed the pump many times and tried several ways but none of eye cream can be squeezed out, it can't be used at all.
Secondly, the day face cream is very nearing its expiration date, and when I opened it, I found it smells strange and is different from the same product I have used before. I think it has gone bad and is not safe to be used.
Natura Siberica is one of my favorite brands, but I feel really disappointed that two items in this shopping have quality problems and cannot be used.

Long time customer

Never had an issue with any of my orders. The monthly fee is stated clearly several times on the page and the people complaining about that must not read anything at all. They have cleaning items I can’t find in Swedish stores which I like using so the service they provide is very appreciated. There’s a lot of nice things on the site and the delivery is always really quick. I quite like this store even though I was very suspicious of it to begin with 😅

Fraud

Fraud! This company took monthly SEK 89,- from my account. I luckily found out quickly.

Don't get fooled by this company.

At Luxplus.se there is an option to shop for normal price or for member prices. It is entirely up to each person whether they want to be a member or not.

The membership is free for the first 30 days so that you can test the service and if you like the range. If you want to continue, it costs 89kr a month. If you do not want to continue, you are welcome to end the membership whenever you want.

Great place to buy products

Excellent service

Costumer service is fantastic. If an item was ever damaged during transport I just had to send a photo via mail and they offer me a new product or money back to my paypal

Common subtle membership scam tactics. Beware.

Bought a perfume in 2017 as a Christmas gift. The website automatically signed me up to a 30 day members trial without me realising. 4 years later (!) I notice a monthly fee has been paid. I didn’t receive a single piece of communication in that time. Not even a “members” email. Tried to email to cancel, but typically you can only get in touch by phone and you have to wait forever or try on multiple days. On alerting the company, they refused to reimburse the fee in a typical “computer says no” manner. After disputing the issue they agreed to refund 12 months. Consequently, without a doubt the most expensive perfume I’ve ever bought. The website is typical of various Swedish companies that try and hoodwink you into a monthly fee at point of purchase without you realising. Be aware when ordering from this company.
