We’ve stayed in various apartments with Luxrest. This time the apartment we wanted wasn’t available for the dates we were travelling. Barbara suggested others and we had no issues with the one we chose.
Those doing checkin and in the office have always been helpful. On checkout this time we were asked if the works in the building had disturbed us - the apartment was in a former brewery and some works are still going on.
I didn’t give them 5 stars as during our stay this time there was a strike so only an emergency service was running on the waterbuses one day and they didn’t forewarn us. We were aware and planned our day so as not to need to use any buses otherwise we’d have needed to take in the notices and the busstop which I’m not sure everyone would.

As usual everything in the Canal Grande apartment worked out extremely well. When entering the spacious living areas with the magnificient view over the Rialto bridge and Canal Grande it is breaathtaking and you realize that you are actually on one of the iconic spots on Earth. The service provided by Luxrest-Venice is really supportive and responsive to your needs and wishes.

Everything was perfect, from the first contact till the end. The service was always present, quickly responding, providing for help to decide on the location to rent.

Meeting and handing over the keys worked well, the apartment was prepared properly, heating was switched on and explained when entering the apartment, heating heated the apartment quick enough (autumn was not cold ;-) ).

The apartment was pretty, cosy, well furnitured and everything worked. The location was perfect for starting excursions to Venice and its surroundings. Many small facilities nearby, Supermarket, Bars, Restaurants. We are provided with personal recommendations and had a list of helpful information.

We can highly recommend LuxRest and will definitely contact LuxRest again the next time we'll come to Venice.

Luxrest Venice is the best.
Although we spent a few days in Venice, our experience was unforgettable.
The apartments were comfortable, light and spacious, equipped with everything you need to feel as you are at home, warm and cozy.

I have received exceptional service from Luxrest Venice. Starting from the professionally done Website, the first telephonic contact with Mrs. Carron, the establishment of the contract, the followup, and the check-in/check-out (and help with the luggage) with Mr. Riccardo. We could not finish our month long stay last year, because of the Covid Lockdown, and Luxrest offered us a voucher for the unused days, that we happily used this year. The apartment, Maddalena Terrace, was exactly as advertised, and really beautiful. I will continue to use LuxRest Venice in the future. Good job!

I have stayed with Luxrest four times now, and it has always been a great experience. I generally stay one or two weeks. I recommend them to anyone I know.

Barbaria is nice big apartment, very spacious. We stayed there already 3 times. Last time i wrote a list with things to change, among others the bathroom facilities. Shower is small and last time we couldnt even take a bath, because the water wouldnt go away. This time the same happened in the shower, the last day it wasnt possible to shower at all. A pity, further the apartment is fine, but we re going to look for another one next time.

Lovely and cosy place. A lot of space and light as we can hardly find in Venice. Marvellous view and high professional services. Thank you very much and see you next time.

We loved our recent stay in a large apartment near SS Giovanni e Paulo. Perfect for bringing together extended family members. Sweet neighborhood to explore with good local and international restaurants.

Great appartement with a large terrasse, located in a real venetian area. Loved our stay.

I lovely apartment with great garden situated in a quite neighborhood, yet in easy walking distance (5 minutes) to wonderful shops and lively restaurants

Excellent location. Apartment was very clean. The only disappointing thing was the air conditioning unit only did one room. We could move it around but really needed another one. We were met promptly to be shown our room. No concerns with communication. Kitchen very small and there is a much larger sitting room which is much less useful. I travelled with my spouse and 2 teenagers.

During the planning phase Barbara was persistently helpful in finding adecuate accommodation for our 8 sportsmen's group. Thereafter on-the-spot support of her team was remarkably amicably and efficient; extra reward for spanish language!

A seamless stay. The apartment was lovely, and the person who met us was very helpful and took time to answer all our questions. Highly recommended.

We have rented through Luxrest Venice several times and have always been happy with their rentals and their service. The Luxrest employees that met us at arrival were friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions. When we were having problems with the downstairs front door, they quickly resolved the problem and had the door repaired. Checkin and checkout were easy.

The apartment was gorgeous and in a quiet location. The staff was friendly and informative. We had booked another apartment but found out after 3 months that this was not confirmed. The staff was helpful in finding another location. I would use the service again and highly recommend!

We had a fine stay at the Fidelio. The apartment was great and well situated in the Cannaregio district of Venice. The apartment was modern, well equipped and decorated tastefully. We would have given it 5 stars but the floor was not properly vacuumed, and dusty in places when we arrived. A cleaner came in a rectified this, but still she could have done better in the corners. One other thing was that the second bedroom could have used a mirror. Working with the Luxrest team remotely and check-in/check out/orientation was quick and easy. Overall a great place to stay in Venice, and I would definitely recommend it.
