The spread is sometimes ridiculously inflated. They also stop you out at the available bid/ask instead of the latest filled bid/ask. This way you get stopped out of a trade when it never hit the actual price. And when the spread is inflated you get stopped out while it is far away from the actual stop price. In rare occasions you could get stopped out immediately when entering a trade. This is not how a trading platform should behave. There are better alternatives with accurate market simulation.

I went to Lux´s website and had great service from the first moment I stepped in.The chat guy/gal was very professional when it came down to the nitty-gritty of trading and was very helpfull, when I was evaluating would be day-trading strategy be a fit for Lux. I was impressed by the level of real trader information in a real world and that "got me", Usually service is not so good or subpar. Now, made a purchase via bank-transfer and after 24 hours my account is up and running. Thank you from Ylläsjärvi, Finland !

Having traded on both MT4 and MT5, I can confidently say MT5 is the future. It's more intuitive, faster, and just packed with features that MT4 can't touch. Lux Trader has done an amazing job integrating it, making the whole experience seamless. MT4 had its time, but if you want to be on the cutting edge of trading, MT5 is the way to go. I’m glad they moved there.

I trade with many different prop companies and this is by far the best experience I've had so far. The reason is that with the perfect tradingview integration, I did not encounter any problems such as lag, delay, or late intervention caused by the application crashing during trading, which you may encounter in other trading applications. I'm thinking of experimenting a little more and transferring all my funds here. Thank you for the unique experience.

The systems are very good easy to understand.

Since my native language is not English, there are many things I don't understand and I ask many questions.
The chat is in my poor English, but the friendly operator answers quickly and clearly.
The dashboard is also very easy to use and allows easy risk calculation, which is a lifeline for traders.
When I read the trading rules, I feel that they are packed with the fundamentals that are important to survive in the market over the long term.

In summary, I had contacted their support regarding their trading rules. After some back and forth emails, I concluded that their rules do not align with my edge. However, they added in that email that they cannot adjust their rules for me, and they wish me the very best elsewhere. That last part was really unnecessary and disrespectful. I'm well aware of that myself!

I didn't see the interface as crypto exchangea where I can put the amount in dollers and use leverage which is very much conviniant as a crypto trader rather than having the one you have like mt4 with lot sizes stuff other than that your system is very much smooth to trade

Very useful for small investors who wants to learn Basics of investments & how to read charts and play with charts.
Drawing tool bars & indicators serves the purpose. Only issue I faced is if I keep the session open for long time, sometime chart disappears & Need to re-login again.
