I found a multi centre holiday on luxtripper and enquired about it, Aiden gave me a call back and was very helpful, he found us the best deal he could and kept me informed of everything. We are not travelling until april 2028 as we have already booked something else for next year. Customer service from Aiden has been fantastic so far and I would definitely recommend using them. Wow, what a positive experience... Aiden was amazing. Professional, kind and so, so patient. The trips on the Luxtripper website all looked so fantastic I kept changing my mind but Aiden was happy to help. In the end we booked two holidays and we are so excited. My experience with Luxtripper across two separate long‑haul holidays — Singapore & Borneo and South Africa & Mauritius — has been consistently poor, and I feel a responsibility to warn others.

For my Singapore & Borneo trip, Luxtripper charged £655 per person (£1,310 total) just to move the dates by one year. Despite multiple requests, they never provided any breakdown, justification, or evidence for this fee. It felt completely arbitrary and raised serious concerns about how they calculate their charges.

My South Africa & Mauritius booking followed the same pattern. I was pressured into confirming quickly, with limited time to review the itinerary and no clear explanation of how the price was constructed. Important details were missing until I chased them, and communication became noticeably slower once payments were made.

Across both bookings, Luxtripper showed:

• Pressure‑selling behaviour
• Unexplained and unjustified fees
• Lack of transparency in pricing
• Reactive, inconsistent communication
• A sales‑first approach rather than customer care

These issues weren’t one‑offs — they formed a clear pattern across two major holidays.

Luxtripper markets itself as a premium, tailor‑made operator, but my experience was the opposite. I would strongly advise anyone considering booking with them to proceed with extreme caution and ensure every detail is confirmed in writing before paying anything
