Since I enrolled in the Dispatch Mastery class and completed the course I found that the lessons are very informative and if you follow them exactly it’ll get you on the road to becoming an independent dispatcher. I had no idea what to expect but this course was exactly what I needed with my busy schedule. The information was easy to follow and comprehend. The self paced option was ideal but having the instructor available when you had questions was the best. She was patient, caring and very informative.

I purchased this course and I have had nothing but problems trying to log on. First I have had to communicate with someone via facebook messenger the entire time. When I finally received my welcome email they did not provide a password. When I tried to log in I had to use a forgot my password link to be able to obtain a password. While working on the lessons the pages would freeze. There is no easy way to navigate unless you go through everything. Once section did not even allow me to take the quiz it said critical error. I emailed the support email they provided NO RESPONSE. Very poor web page and set up total waste of money

Great course, I'm learning a lot. I'm transitioning from another industry and the course is very detailed. Brianna is always checking in on me; ready to answer any questions. I highly recommend Luxuria Logistics!

Paid for the course Black Friday which took 3 different times before it went through. Logged in about 2 weeks later to take the code and it's telling us we have to pay for it. The course is paid for and I've reached out for help with no response.
